What exactly should be posted? Everyone has their own preferences. But on average, anyone can comfortably live on 20+20 (meaning $20 for accommodation, $20 for food/drinks/entertainment). Considering the entry fee, $300 will definitely be enough for 5 days. If you don't splurge and don't waste money on unnecessary things, then $250 will be enough.

I just learned about the sauna/minibus/conference hall from you – it’s unrealistic to search for this information across 40 pages of the forum. Or how much does a room cost? Or at least provide a website for the base (where it’s impossible to figure out where everything is and how it works without a drink).

If it’s difficult for you to write what you wrote in the first post, just say so. I think it’s also not difficult to immediately state the prices for each option in the first post. In May, there's unlikely to be snow in Silichi (silichi.by), so you won't be able to go skiing.

I visited the base on Saturday, settled everything properly with the admin, and got all the questions answered on record.

1. Regarding accommodation: I booked the entire Building 4 and one block of Building 5 (see www.galakt.by). I arranged it so that formally all rooms are registered in my name (it's cheaper for Belarusians), so most likely, it won't cost anyone more than 20$/day, except perhaps the fanciest rooms at around 25.

2. Regarding meals: there will be 3 meals a day + 1 coffee break. I will be making a prepayment for this, as they use exclusively fresh products that spoil quickly. So please understand—anyone who chooses not to eat will lose part of their money; it's impossible to cater to everyone individually. We will be eating at the "Eridan" cafe (again, see the website); the cuisine there is good. Specifically for vegans, there will always be 5-6 portions of purely "vegetable-cheese-fish." Price-wise: full 3-times-a-day own meals will cost up to 20$/day.

3. There is an excellent artificial football pitch. Cost: 100.000 bel. rubles/hour. This is about 10$. Meaning, if playing, for example, 5 on 5—it's 1 dollar per person.

4. I booked a gorgeous conference hall for 6 days (from 01.05 to 06.05), where we will actually be playing Heroes. The hall rental cost includes 100MB Wi-Fi with verified uninterrupted operation for up to 50 people simultaneously, as well as 4 plasma screens on which we'll set up broadcasts (obviously, positioned so that the players can't see them). This pleasure is not cheap and will essentially take up the main part of the entry fee (according to preliminary data, it will be around 35-40$ per person if there are about 40 people).

5. A minibus with a driver for 15 seats will be constantly available to drive anywhere at any time (to hypermarkets, to Minsk for excursions, to strip bars, casinos, gaming clubs, etc.). The cost of 1 standard trip (to Minsk and back) is 500.000, which is just over 3$ per person (if 15 people go).

6. In the room next to the conference hall, there is a billiard room with 3 tables—prices are unknown yet—they might even give it for free (as part of the conference hall rental).

7. 10m from the entrance to our main (4th) building, there is an excellent fenced gazebo with a grill, firewood, etc.—this will also be available to us at any time.

8. Table tennis and a sauna are also available.

9. The surrounding area is magnificent; there are even enclosures with incessantly mating rabbits. There is a river, and fishing and swimming are possible.

10. Total: minimum budget for 5 days including the entry fee—300$ for participants, 250$ for spectators.
