My point is that this information should be posted in the first post. I'm just planning to organize a Heroes of Might and Magic V side tournament for the CIS region with 5-8 players. Accordingly, it would be great if people could assess the conditions.
What exactly should be posted? Everyone has their own preferences. But on average, anyone can comfortably live on 20+20 (meaning $20 for accommodation, $20 for food/drinks/entertainment). Considering the entry fee, $300 will definitely be enough for 5 days. If you don't splurge and don't waste money on unnecessary things, then $250 will be enough.
