First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Timur for the clear organization of this event – everything went perfectly, without any hitches. Organizing is not the easiest task, but it was clear that he approached it responsibly and with enthusiasm.

It was great to immerse myself in the Heroes community and meet interesting people.

Although the tournament didn't go as planned for me, I was left with only positive emotions!

Just woke up :D We arrived at 7:15 from St. Petersburg, and I was surprised, but the morning was pretty good, considering what happened before and during the train ride. We got somewhere by subway, met someone from cnn.ppl in a car, had coffee at McDonald's, went to the club, everything was great. We arrived a little before ten, and, for some reason, we were the first ones there. Apparently, the others had further to travel :D Other participants started to arrive, we got to know each other, talked, and the mood immediately became even better. Then came the draw, we sat down to play, and as always, I got Yegor as my opponent. I was very worried that he was sitting in the VIP area next to Stinger, but, as it turned out, this played to my advantage :smile52: There's not much to say about the game, except that in GM2, I got a good wave, ice bolt, and blind, while my opponent only had a wall of fire. We had to wait for the 2nd game, but we didn't waste time, as there was a store just 10 seconds from the club. In the 2nd game, unfortunately, I had to play against Zloy_Romantik (initially, we had a plan that we, along with Diablero, would split the prize money). The game was quite even, but as usual, I got GM2 with blind, 2 bolts, and a wave, while Zloy didn't get a shot in 3 GM's, but he did get 3 unicorn nests. I especially remember Zloy's phrase in the middle of the game: "Stop commenting, I can hear everything, I'm not enjoying the game" :D We were sitting 5 meters apart. My games on the first day ended here. Pit and I agreed to play tomorrow, as we were already ahead in the bracket. Then I just had fun, watched other people's games, sometimes gave advice, but mostly just talked to people I had wanted to see for a long time. I would especially like to mention Yegor, who was having a great time all evening, and everyone was having fun in general. After this event, Zloy, Pekar, The, and his friend went to play poker and sleep at his friend's apartment, which turned out to be a little further away than St. Petersburg :D At the apartment, I decided not to drink and tried to prepare for tomorrow's game with Pit. I fell asleep around 4 am, thinking that I had to play perfectly and win even on the restarts. No one heard the alarm, so we woke up at 9 am instead of 8 am. The friend The cheered us up, who was exorcising a demon, and The looked like this: The was sleeping in the hallway on a cot and couldn't be woken up, his friend started pouring water on him, saying "demon, leave" - the method turned out to be effective, the demon was exorcised, and we went to the club. We arrived, I had coffee, and got ready for the game: We played a skirmish, took a restart each, and I got a swamp. I saw a lot of money on 111, a prison with my favorite hero, so I thought - here it is, this is what I was waiting for, and I rubbed my hands, preparing for victory. I see 3 exits from the second tier - one along the road with group ogres, one along the dirt road with group demons, and one with liches. I'm glad that a lot of experience is guarding the exit to the third tier, and I decide to attack the ogres. On the other side, in the tavern, I see Ciel and Grindan, which is worrying. I break through the ogres - there's a choice of 10+ group minors or 50+ group mages, I attack the minors, and they kill everything except the lizards. The worst part is that, as it turned out, the mages completely blocked that passage. After a little fighting, I give up. It was all very cool... Then Pit played in the final with The, JustObserver with Tvarina for the right to fight me, and the last game turned into a show - constant trolling of each other, 10 pops each behind their backs, and a fantastic ending, it was very fun. I sat down to play with Tvarina, but we didn't finish the game, so the details later. I can only say that when you're playing on a stream and reading pop comments and advice, you can still ignore them, but when you're on a LAN and someone is shouting in your ear what to do, it really starts to get annoying :mad: At 23, we split into 2 groups, some went home/to the station, and some went to a nearby bar to celebrate my victory over Tvarina :D Then to the train, then to my favorite bed. Finally came to my senses, as I was part of a group seeing off the guys from St. Petersburg, after which we hung out with St. Claus, Schlots, and the sleeping Stinger until the metro opened :smile13:

It was a great event, huge thanks to The for organizing such a cool event, it was interesting to meet people I only knew online, and it was also nice to see familiar faces :rolleyes: All day long, Yegor delighted our group with his presence, and it seems he spent all his energy on that, so unfortunately he couldn't make it on the second day, so we finished without his witty outbursts. We had to entertain ourselves, we organized a mini-tournament in Dota, 1v1 on Spheres, and only Just Observers participated, so the winner's nickname probably won't tell you anything :smile04:

I streamed both days, and there should be about a 10-hour recording from the second day, but I don't know if I'll be able to upload it yet. I just realized that I didn't think to post a link to my channel in this thread, and I'm sure someone missed something because of that, sorry :smile39:

The most epic game of the tournament was Tvarina vs. Hexer (aka Tvarina Killer :smile52:), which took place in the very first round. Tvarina made an epic blunder in the middle of the second week when he split right next to his opponent and didn't have time to rejoin his troops due to the timer, and then it turned into a chase with horses, tricksters, etc. I ended up watching until around 131, because I went to play my own game, and I finished it only a little later than these diligent guys :D

I would describe my game with Tvarina, but it's better to watch it, so I'll wait and see if I can upload the recording. In short, it was an attraction of unprecedented generosity, but the main thing is the two papal chats standing right behind the players :smile52:

And of course, congratulations to Pit on his victory, I didn't see the games, but from the reports and stories, I understood that all the games were well-balanced, and most importantly, with excellent execution :smile13:

I came on the first day as a papal chat participant, although I didn't know anyone and didn't communicate much. It was interesting to watch the matches, and quite amusing to see Yegor and how he was "teasing" the "tail";). Thank you for the organization; maybe by the next tournament, I'll improve my skills and participate.
