I'd be happy to participate in the tournament, and I won't be consuming anything. I support the idea of any club.

I think that if they stated on their website that it's 360 rubles for 10 hours, then 17 * 360 = 6120 (assuming 100% occupancy). So, it seems the club is willing to agree to 6,000. Realistically, will about 12 people be playing? That's 500 per person... As for the "ticket for spectators," you decide. I can pay for a ticket, or I can bring something with me, like a liter of vodka.

Regarding the infrastructure, I don't have any specific recommendations at first glance. If you go up and forward towards the center (up to the bridge, then down), walk along the train station, at the end, near the metro exit, opposite, on the corner with one of the Brest streets, you'll find Ёлки-Палки and Этаж.
Then, on the other side of Leningradka, diagonally, there's a place called "Время есть". As for shops, I can't recall any specific ones right away, although I'm not very familiar with the area. So, it might be a good idea to bring your own supplies.

Not quite a correct calculation.
In my opinion, there will be 16+ people playing.
Also, from 10 am to 10 pm is 12 hours, not 10, and the room where there are 5 machines is a VIP zone, and the price there is higher.
Plus, we need to consider the spectators, who, in theory, are not allowed into the club just like that (during normal hours, only users are allowed).
And the fact that the club is giving us the entire place, with all the consequences (food/alcohol), also needs to be taken into account.

All this does not negate the fact that we will negotiate, but in my subjective opinion, the price is adequate.

Regarding the screen, I am currently trying to solve this issue. If any of the Moscow players have something portable in the form of the same screen/stand, please let me know. In the worst case, we'll stretch a rope and hang "curtains."

On Saturday evening, as I already wrote, I will outline everything regarding finances/rules/time/prizes in its final form.

We'll come with Aiwe, and maybe someone else will decide to join us after all ;)
We haven't decided on accommodation yet, but if we find an apartment, that would be great. We haven't bought tickets yet, but in any case, we'll arrive on the morning of February 15th (8-9-10 - depending on the mode of transport we use), so it would be great if someone from Moscow could meet us and help us get to the venue. :)

We haven't decided on the transportation yet – train or bus (minibus). As soon as we buy the tickets (most likely at the beginning of the week – Monday or Tuesday), I'll write for sure, but it looks like everything is going according to plan for Leningrad.
