I think that if they wrote on their website that it's 360 rubles for 10 hours, then 17 * 360 = 6120 (this is with 100% occupancy). So, it seems to me that the club is willing to agree on 6,000. In my opinion, there will be 16+ people playing.
Also, from 10 am to 10 pm is 12 hours, not 10, and the room where there are 5 machines is a VIP zone, and the price there is higher.
Plus, we need to consider the spectators, who, in theory, are not allowed into the club just like that (during normal hours, only users are allowed).
And the fact that the club is giving us the entire place, with all the consequences (food/alcohol), also needs to be taken into account.

All this does not negate the fact that we will negotiate, but in my subjective opinion, the price is adequate.

Regarding the screen, I am currently trying to solve this issue. If any of the Moscow players have something portable in the form of the same screen/stand, please let me know. In the worst case, we'll stretch a rope and hang "curtains."
