I would say it's not very intimidating for wrongdoers.
That's exactly the point. It seems not very intimidating and not very dangerous, but as soon as a bad person commits a bad deed, incredible power will be unleashed upon them.

Arandor is lucky that no one pays attention to him.

I decided to dress up Kosha; she was walking around naked. Besides, the depicted event is a cultural one.

When Mort says something, you then have to think for a long time whether he meant to offend you or express respect

Yay! It turned out great.
And yes, it's not necessary to dress Kosh in this outfit, but you can. And she's not naked at all; she's wearing wool and fur.
А, вот почему.

For a week now, strange sounds have been emanating from the old dungeons located beneath Arandor Castle. A brave and valiant, or perhaps reckless and desperate, knight, well-known for his loyal service to our bright Arandor, Sir... (guess who), was sent to investigate the problem. And what did he discover underground? The undead! Sent by everyone knows who.

Sir Mold. It's a pity I didn't draw his coat of arms. Maybe you could add all the drawings to the first post as well, so it would be easier to view them?

And in general, your drawings inspire me to imagine HoMM3 scenarios, various storylines based on it
