I invite everyone today at 6:00 PM to the qualification draw for the main stage. The draw will be blind, and most players will have a free slot and automatically advance to the 1/32 stage. To succeed, you need to win three rounds, up to the 1/8 stage. Games in the 1/64 and 1/32 stages are played to 1 victory, and in the 1/16 stage, to 2 victories.
It has been decided that the draw will not be blind, but seeded, i.e., players who received higher numbers will be placed in different parts of the bracket. The player with the higher number chooses the color.
The rating will play a secondary role in the seeding; primarily, we will be guided by the strength of the players.
The list with seeding numbers will be available before the draw and posted on the forum. The draw will take place as planned at 6:00 PM Moscow time.

I'll immediately say that I ask you not to dwell on the placement; this seeding is not intended to designate or highlight anyone, but solely to separate strong players on different sides of the bracket, so the places are distributed relatively conditionally. DEADLINES FOR THE FIRST TWO ROUNDS Due to New Year holidays, the deadlines will be extended. Since half of the participants have a freeslot and already know their opponent, I ask you not to delay and play – better early than at the last moment.
