1. Overall, it's an excellent idea; I wanted to be a "gormafia" even before the game started. This doesn't disrupt the balance at all; everything is easily compensated for, almost like a regular mafia, but with a slightly larger scope.
2. We enjoyed the impunity and revealed the composition as much as we could, especially after the note from the Winner. At least, speaking for myself, I definitely tried to reveal our composition, hint at it, and make it clear, because I usually play as the city and give the city as much information as I can. Reven cursed us for a long time for the blatant revealing of the "gormafia," and I publicly apologize to him in this thread; sometimes, I just got carried away. However, this didn't stop Sareta (seriously, I want to try his tea), and the long post about the cunning Koshu and Tox, who had "loved" the entire city, was as brilliant as it was crazy. I am genuinely impressed; it was simply magnificent, insane, and indescribably brilliant.
3. If I implement the "gormafia" in my own games, I think I'll make their lives more difficult. For example, I'll reduce their numbers compared to regular mafias, remove the "check" role, and give the "gormafia" bad statuses. I don't write notes in my games anyway. But, again, this needs to be tested, observed, and tried out, but the idea itself is magnificent; I fell in love with Reven's set mainly because of it.
