Vatya failed to pull off a surprise attack on the main hero (he was one arrow short), otherwise everything could have gone the other way :)

On the first week I hid Minotaurs and they are also in the portal and in the Citadel. Foolishly took a minimal Griffin Conservatory on grass on 113, as a result - almost all Troglodytes but also + an Angel. Catastrophically low on gold...
On the second week I buy 18 Minotaurs with full trade (I lost 2 somewhere on the way) and out of desperation dive into the secondary on snow, there I build a lookout and... oh miracle!!!! 2 Griffin Conservatories nearby, though 3 days' travel from the town. 6 heroes hung around there for 3 days so the main hero could get there faster. 1 minimal fell easily, but I wait for reinforcements for the max.
On the third week I took the max Griffin Conservatory and headed to the treasure zone in stone. In half the treasure zone I killed 20+ ducks and took 2 normal Dragon Utopias. I attack under GO 120 Wizards.
On the fourth week I break through 2 very inconvenient GO (the Wizards cast something nasty, and above there are 22 gold dragons) and take the main. Kyrre is visible in the treasure zone, which I had half-cleared. I replenish mana and cover, FB no chance, triple advantage in stats, magic, and meat.

On the first week double and hide birds, 2 Griffin Conservatories scouted. Gold is really tight though, barely managed trade to squeeze birds into Fort and Citadel. On 121 gold is 1100...
A loser with 9 birds checks a Conservatory - minimal. Sending the main hero there takes 3 days, well whatever... Result: all meat lost and 2 birds, but at least there's an Angel. With great difficulty scraped together cash and bought birds. The second Conservatory is also a minimal in such a backwater, had I known I'd skip it... I don't even think about Bears, birds in the Citadel in both.
On the third week I attack with the main hero into the main, and run to the secondary on snow. AAAA, yes, 2 treasure zones in swamp!!!! Who said something about random? I've already forgotten when I had treasure zones that weren't swamp or snow...
On the snow path I see a Conservatory, I rub my hands, there it is!!! Yeah, with my luck it's a minimal!!! The lookout from the Tower shows there's nothing else, and the opponent already shows stats over 25, while I have 10+. I attack the main, full trade, buy as much as possible, and head to the respawn Dragon Utopia. Well, IT'S A MINIMALLLLLL!!!
But fortune finally turned around and gave me КЗ. And 20 Minotaurs, which Bears in Castle in both towns could handle. Opponent shows stats around 30, while I'm still on 10. I set up on a speed boost under GO 95 gr Efreeti.
Bought birds with full trade, fought off whoever knows how. Lost an Angel and 7 birds and all the meat. 1 move short of reaching the capital, where half of the wealth is. I triggered the opponent's respawn Dragon Utopia, take it, and well... a minimal of course... Gave junk, but the main thing is 20k. I upgrade Bears. Still no money for buying.
The opponent appears in my adjacent zone. I check, 5 mana, troops are garbage. I attack. 6 Bears and 50+ gr birds left no stone of the opponent.

I confirm, 3 Dragon Fly Hives and 3 Griffin Conservatories gave a decent head start, but things were a bit tight with the resources, I didn't get any Offense, before exiting I took 2 Dragon Utopias, both triple stacks, in the first one I got a level 5 hat and +6 All +3 All, and in the second one victory was waiting for me...
As a result, I barely fell short) thanks for the game.

A chocolate wonder spawned. Found 2 external angel dwellings, one guarded by 18 gorgons, the other by a horde of griffins, 3 external horse dwellings (took 2), scouted 3 Griffin Conservatories, 4 beehives. Collected everything quickly, though I didn't manage to take 2 of the conservatories by 122. Mullich already has expert Air, Earth, picked up a level 5 hat around ГО, breaks through 2 ГО (Necro horses). On 123, opponent holes up in the swamp, I took a Pandora's Box with 15 monarchs and attacked. In the final battle, I have superiority in everything, gg.
