Is it possible to avoid running around endlessly with diplomats?

I tried to move as far away from Mullich as possible, and as a result, I opened a portal after fighting through a hundred mummies with significant losses. On the other side of the portal, I saw many fanatics that I couldn't get past. I was outraged by this injustice and surrendered:mad:

111 - gogs are not built, but there is Gunnis with a ballista. Gunnis picks up two treasure chests and experts ballista, immediately kills 50 upgraded dogs for a pandora's box - we get 45 gogs, a split of 8 heroes and 9 in the castle.
112 - Gunnis kills 28 hawks for a pandora's box with gold and sphere of earth, the lackeys take both secondary skills (one native) and reveal two Griffin Conservatories (3, 4). We have 75 gogs.
113 - Gunnis experts earth on 19 upgraded pit fiends - takes an experience chest, the lackeys take an external dwelling of efreeti and devils.
114,115,116 - Gunnis kills the scouted Griffin Conservatory #1 and takes another experience chest with 14 upgraded necropolis horsemen, a box of 10k experience with swordsmen, then splits off to replenish mana into a secondary hero to take the max Griffin Conservatory.
117 - max Griffin Conservatory with Gunnisson, the lackeys take Griffin Conservatory #3 and the second external dwelling of devils, Gunnis splits into the main to replenish mana.
121 - Gunnisson with 30 mana runs towards the Dragon Utopia along the upgrader tents, the lackeys break the gnoll hut and gather money - at home I build devils.
122 - we upgrade 100 gogs and break the Dragon Utopia (upgraded nagas) - army: 100 upgraded gogs, 8 angels, and two devils (the rest are not recruited), we grab the Wings for upgraded unicorns (lost 1 angel and 1 devil to morale - got slowed, since I had little mana).
123 - we bring up the devils, take the Shield +4 to all stats, Sword of Justice, sit down to replenish mana in the castle, we see the Dragon Utopia and the Necklace +3 to all stats, a couple more Dragon Utopias, everything would be taken the next turn.
124 - Opp surrenders (nothing to hit the Dragon Utopia with).
The spawn was magnificent, only drawback was a very large respawn and long roads (the Griffin Conservatories were in different ends of the map, hence the timing of the kill on day 122, and also there was only 1 Dragon Fly Hive at the respawn near the Dragon Utopia, so it wasn't clear what to use to take the Griffin Conservatories until I experted earth).

There was a rest left when the recorded games gave out. I started playing because air elementals were built and there were gloves lying under the castle. At least something. The first week was quite tough. From the respawn there is only one road, then it goes onto the snow towards the green player and ends at blocks behind an artifact and a Titan external dwelling. (when I hadn't yet seen the Titan external dwelling guarded by 112 creatures, I briefly thought about switching to Tower, but no such luck, the external dwelling was guarded by Champions). Fortunately, near the road there was a portal to the very central zone, where I spent the entire first week digging around. Eventually I managed to place birds in the Citadel. Fiur got Earth magic, and there is Slow in the guild.

In the first few days of the second week, I scraped together pennies to buy at least two birds, and only by mid-week did I manage to buy birds, psychos, and air elementals and go take some Griffin Conservatories. Two level ones and one level two. I took the Titan external dwelling and a 3/3 shield, and at the end of the week I sat in the Tower, where the castle was built.

On the third, I ran further from the green player's zone, broke into some treasure zone, where there were two more Titan external dwellings, found a Dragon Utopia, but it was a max-level one, didn't go for it. Then another one, a level one with a Tome of Earth. Took the Titan external dwellings, built Giants in the Tower.

On the fourth, I took that max-level one, got Wings and Thunder Helmet. A plan was hatched to take the purple Tower, which was put into action. The Giants were already there. Though afterwards I foolishly gave it away: transferred troops to a scout hero, who went to collect money and Griffin Conservatories... I managed to think that Corbac without Earth magic would portal into the village where Fiur was sitting and Fiur could return to defend the purple Tower from its owners, but I didn't think that Corbac wouldn't have enough mana... In the end, I spent another three days to get that Tower back. Week result - growth of 13 Titans.

At the start of the second month, I successfully pulled off taking a distant Dragon Utopia with Labeta, who had wandered there by accident. Fiur didn't have Air magic, and didn't have Dimension Door yet either, and I wasn't quite sure how to chase after Kyrre. But then a fairy-tale gift - on day 214, Kyrre herself comes to my respawn. I exchange everything at the external market, buy out what can be bought, and attack (see screenshot). Kyrre has higher stats and, unlike me, has defense, but how to kill 26 Titans with a Cloak of Reckoning? After killing a few of my birds and one Angel, Kyrre surrenders with 19 Wyverns and an Angel. I assume there will be running around hoping for a draw, but no. On the next turn, Kyrre with bought Infernal offspring stands in the zone of the green Tower. On the same turn, Inte suddenly stumbles upon a Dragon Utopia, I manage to transfer troops to him and take the Dragon Utopia, which gives a Titan's Cuirass, so in the next battle Fiur goes in without the Cloak of Reckoning. I also buy Ice Elementals and Energy Elementals, attack, and a surrender follows.

I would check with Digger what he means by "the final." Does he mean they will play in the playoffs, or that they will play in the final (winners-losers) of the playoffs?

114,115,116- Gurni kills a scouted griffin conservatory one and takes another experience chest for 14 gr. necro horses, a box for 10k experience for swords, breaks to refill mana in the secondary for taking the max griffin conservatory.
117- max griffin conservatory by Gurnisson, secondary heroes take griffin conservatory three and a second external dwelling of devils, Gurni breaks to main to refill mana.
121 -Gurnisson with 30 mana runs towards the GO via level-up huts, secondary heroes break the gnoll hut and collect gold - I build devils at home.
122- we upgrade 100 gogs and break the GO (gr. nagas) - army 100 gr. gogs, 8 angels and two devils (rest not recruited), grab wings for gr. uniques (loss of 1 angel and devil on morale - slowed due to low mana).
123- bring devils, take shield +4 to all, sword of justice, sit to refill mana in castle, can see КЗ and necklace +3 to all, a couple of dragon utopias, everything would be taken next turn.
124 -opponent surrenders (nothing to beat GO with).
