I managed to ask and form an alliance in time; it was a tough game. None of the opponents offered an alliance on their own. And, of course, I must mention that Artem, aka Stinger, reached level 115 with a rush in the third week, which I saw, got scared, and offered a favorable alliance, allowing us to play on one front.

Stinger made the game; if I had realized sooner and offered Vova an alliance, we would have won 100% (wings + Dimension Door in the water book)). Great start - Spirit of Despair from the start, in Warrior's Grave there are bracers, on 111 a box with 25 gr. Eye, Griffin Conservatory is visible. 112 - Griffin Conservatory 2 with Griffins, also took a Pandora's Box with 60 gr. Troglodytes and a Dungeon village. Total on 114 Troglodytes 215, with the noobs I beat off a Club +5, the Miner takes the Griffin Conservatory, then a Pandora's Box with 10K experience and stands at GO.
115 - I fly into the center, take a Pandora's Box with 15K experience, visit the Library, but in the center nothing particularly tasty is visible. From what I understand, Vova meant that when he picked up the Water book, it gave him Dimension Door in spells, which is a bug according to the rules and cannot be used. :)

Temich, the host isn't the issue here. I think I was hosting, but everything was as it should be in SoD - DD in the air. It seems like you have a buggy version of the HD mod.

You are absolutely right about point 5 and the statement. However, it is incorrect to apply your case here. Put yourself in Vova's shoes – he spent his turns on something useful, possibly lost part of his army, and then it turns out that he cannot use it. The only solution here is to save the game, and if the participants cannot unanimously agree on how to proceed, a judge needs to be involved.
