WGE-Duel is a global mod that enhances the tactical aspect (battle). New units, chess-like battles, and improved mechanics open up a new subgenre – an ATB wargame.

For the New Year in Siberia (Novokuznetsk), the Siberian Cup for HoMM3 will take place, and Kirill (KillAndAction) and I are likely going there to organize a mini-tournament for HoMM5. Our experience at CIS-14 in Minsk was very positive. I recommend that everyone who is interested sign up in the tournament thread.

The third release tournament in the Heroes 5: WGE-Duel (Tactical Edition) format starts on the Heroes League.
The mod version has been updated - WGE-Duel 1.1.

Registration is open until March 1st.

We invite you to a prize tournament for Heroes 5, which will be held soon on Heroes League!

Are you an RTA player who hasn't found a reason to try yourself on a full map with the TE mod? Or do you play TE and think that RTA is full of randomness and overpowered units?

To let you truly and fairly evaluate both formats, we offer you this tournament. You will be able to get to know each format better and understand - is TE really as boring as it seems at first glance, or is the economy, city building, and map control actually interesting? Is it possible to play RTA without throwing dishes at the wall in anger?

In each match, the formats will constantly alternate, which will not allow you to get tired of any one of them: first, one match is played in RTA, then one week on a full map with the TE mod, and then another match on the arena, and so on.

The winner is the one who first wins either in a bo7 match on RTA or on a full map.

Accommodation expenses at the Aurora hotel, double room (calculated per person) without meals for 6 days: 5100 rubles.
Plus food and other expenses, I think it will be no more than 3-4 thousand rubles.

So, it is quite possible to stay within 20 thousand rubles...
