Posts from Poll regarding the Rules: Mullich, Mages, Fortress on the Hill.
What do you prefer in Mullich's Rules – Mages + Tantus, or Fortune on the Hill?
Лето 2013.
It's impossible to play against Mullich on large maps. The opponent has +5-6 speed compared to the Fortress.
Don't build castles in the air. He's not a simple hero, but he's not overpowered in many different scenarios:cool:
лето 2012.
2) The 4th level is the same; contact-based templates should be avoided, and everything else is easy to solve.
3) Request for unban.
- Mages, Tant - I don't know. The rules for M200 basically apply to them, but I'm still in favor of banning them.
- Fort is an interesting building; it has good value, and I don't see much point in fixing it, but it can definitely be used.
With the fort on a hill, there are possible abuses that are impossible to track. For example, upgrading angels in the fort before taking some kind of utopia is done before building the same troops in the city.
It is also possible to randomly upgrade troops or upgrade forbidden troops.
if you're going to ban mages, then in my opinion, Luna is the most dangerous of them all.
Voted in favor of introducing it into the game (for variety), although there are some doubts: thanks to the speed bonus, it is much easier to conduct battles with neutral troops, and "Tactics" often appears. However, most often they give "Water Magic" (and "Air Magic" or "Earth Magic" are needed, which do not appear even at level 20).
Question: Does the +2 bonus to speed affect anything?
2) Spell Specialists
Voted in favor of fully introducing it into the game. This will not affect the game balance in any way - most people will still choose warrior heroes. Mages are interesting: they will be able to gain experience faster and break through strong guards. After all, the game is called: Heroes of Might and Magic :)
3) Fort on the Hill
Voted in favor of banning it, because it shifts the balance in favor of the one who has this building.
I'm all for unbanning in Heroes 3.

Question: Does the +2 bonus affect the speed increase?
If the Cartographer cost 100,000, it would still be viable.
