I don't think it's a bug, since the cart is available to the hero. It's just not dragged into the utopia, and arrows are passed through the door :D. The tent also seems to work (I'm not sure). Apparently, there isn't enough space for combat units when building a circle. But it's an interesting question, and it immediately raises several more. Perhaps the answers can be found in the Physics Guide - I haven't looked at it in a while.

Can they give all spells of all levels at once in Pandora?

If a Pandora's Box grants a spell that a hero doesn't have enough Wisdom to learn, will the hero still learn it?
