I haven't been following the team tournament closely, but JC already had some leniency... and here, every round requires strict rules, I would like to see a similar approach to problem-solving in other tournament systems... maybe then people will improve and we won't have to put so much effort into pushing everyone.

You've piqued my interest. I went through the entire JC thread and couldn't find a single game that wasn't played on time or a result that wasn't submitted on time.

I'll add my three points...
1. I think that a draw should result in 0 points, or the situation should be analyzed to determine a winner, as this is crucial in the final stages (I think that for strong players, a draw is simply ridiculous).
2. If you're playing without rules (anarchy), then you should play without rules – with randomness, and not just build castles. Red is clearly in a worse position.
3. The deadlines are correct, and there's no need to delay. If an opponent is delaying and not playing, there are people who can report it so that a date can be set (both are at fault). The others shouldn't have to wait.

1. Swiss system +. Just one thing, I still think that if they didn't manage to play, give them 1-2 days to finish the game, otherwise, both players get 0 points.
2. The deadlines are quite reasonable. As far as I remember, in the same beginner tournament, the deadlines are even tighter.
3. It's actually quite fun to play, let's say, in a non-standard way. But 200% is definitely too much... and it's chaos. I'm in favor of a full random setup.
P.S. To somehow diversify such templates as Heroes of Might and Magic VI or Might & Magic: Heroes X, a good idea would be to change the colors :D
