At first it wasn't clear what to do, but by day 114 two horse dwellings are found, then 2 more, there are 3 Griffin Conservatories, Dragon Utopias, beehives. The first Dragon Utopia was taken by Crag Hack with stats 7-0 )), dwarves from the box helped out, and in the Dragon Utopia there were immediately Gauntlets and Earth.

By day 2 we split the map in half and barely crossed paths until the final fight.
Opp attacked himself with 7 Archangels, 65 Angels and so on, but couldn't break through 13 Gold Dragons, 61 Horses and Grands with Sniper's Bow.

We started without restarts - Castle had a Pandora's Box behind harpies for 5K experience, a cap of 5 magic is visible behind a lot of trolls. Tazar got good skills - Offense and Pathfinding.
On week 1, I found a Dragon Utopia at the respawn, took 3 wyvern dwellings, 2 behemoths, built 1-7 in the Stronghold.
On day 121, I take the Pandora's Box for 15 greater gorgons, the cap is already cleared - I have 90 mana, I run on Fly to break through one of the 4 ГО (unicorns).
At the respawn, I found only 1 beehive and 1 Griffin Conservatory, so I upgraded 18 wyverns and with oil broke through the unicorns.
Next, the plan is to quickly take control of the central castle, if possible free as many prisoners from jails as possible, so that I can use Fly and Dimension Door to return troops to the respawn and take the respawn Dragon Utopias, as well as upgrade the wyverns gathered in the center.

In the center, I find КЗ, freed a couple of good mages, took several beehives and captured the central castle - Inferno, near which a scout hero of the reds is already running around.
I have to send Tazar home to take the Dragon Utopia and upgrade the behemoths from the castle and the dwellings with wyverns from the beehives.
