Execute Neira.
I've written about it at least 100 times before, explaining why. I don't want to repeat myself. Something new: I don't like inactive players. There's no one to kill her at night, I think. So, we'll have to hang her.

I think that one of the pair, Mortulus/Nebok, is a Town member, and the other might be a Mafia member, or they might both be Town members. If the latter is true, then that leaves Alex and Ney.

Although, of course, it could be Lordik. But here's the catch. Ney turns out to be Mafia. Well, the world can't possess the information that she has without communicating outside the topic. And that means she's definitely Mafia, or maybe Triss and Geralt met on their first night. But that's unlikely. Why search when you can just keep blocking? Apparently, she is upset that Vespers survived. In any case, Ney can always commit suicide here; it is allowed.

You know, I'm leaning towards Mortulus being Town. Alex is Mafia. That leaves Sky and Ney. If Ney isn't Mafia, she'll reveal herself. Modkill won't happen, and there won't be a double kill either, because there are two Mafia and one will be executed today.
