They made a huge fuss over some trivial violation) Now there's already some nonsense about wing bans. HeroesWorld rules are the best I've seen; European and Chinese ones are much worse. They're easy to remember, balanced, and interesting.
Very well dealt. In the first week, I bought from caches: 9 archers, 2 horses, two angels. I got one feathered at the Griffin Conservatory. Cache of spears. Angels in the fort. In the caches, the angels got morale, I climbed in three times, all three times they got morale (immediately sacrificed the angel from the Conservatory and all marksmen); so from the entire army, only two angels remained at 117.
In the second week: three hives, cache of monks, 3 angels from the Conservatory, wings, and to the ГО — nagas. Center — native, Pandora's boxes started giving horses, champions, angels. Plus hives. From two crates only a blue cap and КЗ.
In the FB, Val's stats aren't great, but the red orb, superiority in meat, and 17 archers left Tazar no chance.
thanks for the game!

On the first [week] I took 1 external dwelling each of Gnolls, Lizardmen, Wyverns, and Hydras. I took 2 Hives, all the Hives in the game turned out to be small, I placed Hydras in the Citadel. Tazar with Logistics, Pathfinding, and Earth [magic].
On the second [week] I took another external dwelling of Hydras, a Hive, Gervulf with Pathfinding takes an Ogre's Club, Gnoll's Shield, Naga Bank, and Minicon in the backwoods.
On [day] 125 I broke through a double ГО in the desert (Red Dragons and Efreeti), the center turned out to be Castle's, we fought with blue for 3 external dwellings of Angels, intercepting them from each other. On the third week we split to the sides, the scout hero on the native respawn hits a level 3 Dragon Utopia, gave a Chupa-Chups, Golden Bow, and Blue [helm] cap.
We meet again in the center, there are already 17 Archers. Tazar held up well in the fight, it was I who failed, I needed to run with control to the opponent's main, to grade my Angels, but oh well GG.
A mediocre layout, but overall it turned out alright. At the respawn: 1 external dwelling of birds, 1 Dragon Fly Hive, a market, and several low-level external dwellings — goblins and wolves. There's also a necklace of +1 speed and boots, a couple of Pandora's Boxes, and Naga banks. A chain +4 and a cloak +2+2, a shield +6 were also found. Crag Hack leveled nicely — Earth, Pathfinding (then Air, Wisdom, Logistics, Tactics, Armorer). ГО — Crystal Dragons. Collected all the loot and came out on day 123. In the center, I managed to grab a mini Dragon Fly Hive (home had 8 Wyverns), a book of Fire, and a Pandora's Box with 15 Master Genies. On my turn, I was attacked by Kyrre. Not much chaff over there, but there are 56 Grand Elves and Mass Slow. I have starting Tactics and Expert Air, but again no Haste( In the end, it looks pretty grim despite the advantage in chaff and such. But at the right moment, I take out the tent and slam the Genies into the Grand Elves for 2 rounds. And the battle is won. Kyrre ends up fleeing. In the center over a couple of days, I gather a good stack of 30+ Wyverns, take a sword +5 all, Wings, and a mini-alcove Dragon Utopia. And there's still a lot of tasty stuff left. Amiloo surrenders. Thanks for the game!

An average layout, but overall it turned out not bad. At the respawn, 1 external dwelling of birds, 1 Dragon Fly Hive, a market, and several low-level external dwellings - goblins and wolves. There's also a necklace of +1 speed and boots, a couple of pandora's boxes and nagabanks. A chain +4 and a cloak +2+2, a shield +6 were also found. Crag Hack leveled well - earth, pathfinding (then air, wisdom, logistics, tactics, armor). GO - crystal dragons. Collected all the loot and went out on day 123. In the center, I managed to grab a mini Dragon Fly Hive (at home I had 8 wyverns), a book of fire, and a pandora's box with 15 master genies. On my turn, I was attacked by Kyrre. Not much meat there, but there are 56 grand elves and mass slow. I have basic tactics and expert air, but again no haste( So everything looks sad, despite the advantage in meat and so on. But at the right moment I take down the tent and crash genies into the grand elves for 2 rounds. And the battle is won. Kyrre eventually flees. In a couple of days in the center, I gather a good stack of 30+ wyverns, take a sword +5 all, wings, a mini-alcohol Dragon Utopia. And there's still a lot of tasty stuff left. Amiloo surrenders. Thanks for the game!
All true. Played decently with the mobs, also a rather poor respawn dropped. 2 external dwellings of trees, 1 of dragon flies, 1 of elves, and a couple of dwarves. Due to the upgrade of elves, I didn't have time to stuff the dragon flies under the external dwelling. But I caught a pandora's box with 25 grand elves, Kyrre leveled mass slow and GO (angels) dropped on day 122, after which she replenished mana at the village next to the GO and on day 123 reached Crag Hack. Perhaps not the best decision, I would have had time to take a pandora's box with a Dragon Fly Hive.
On the other hand, in the final battle, the forces were on my side too, had I figured out the situation. In other words, I lost deservedly. Thanks for the interesting game ;)
to Oldboy, If you play one game after another with completely different rules, then you might spend HOURS of time each time searching for minor differences in the regulations. That's one thing. And besides, the game occupies "memory stacks" for a long time. And if wings are lying next to a pack of angels, but they cannot be used according to the regulations, then what's the point of these wings being on the map at all? Although, if you consider your limited gaming experience (3 reports), that explains a lot.
And about my "limited" experience, you really went too far)).
Will you say the same about me with my 15 posts?
first time playing Rampart in all games, went for dragon flies on the first...
111 Scraped together 5 heroes, no elves came with anyone. Near the Castle there's an external dwelling of dragon flies. Painted the external dwelling of dendroids. There's a Griffin Conservatory 2.
112 Lots of money, there's another mini Griffin Conservatory. Another external dwelling of dragon flies, but can't get to it because of the gorgons for the Golden Bow.
113 Took a secondary Dungeon. Regretted taking the external dwelling of dendroids :(
114 Mullich took a mini Griffin Conservatory, Kyrre aimed for the external dwelling of dragon flies.
115 Painted the dragon flies, aiming for the external dwelling of unicorns.
116 Took the horses, another Dungeon :) in the first one there was wood in the portal, but here a dragon fly came :smile54:
117 Kyrre took a Pandora's Box with 10k gold, just enough for the dragon flies, and another day's worth of gold for buying. The noobs took another Dragon Fly Hive +6 Wyverns.
121 Kyrre takes a Griffin Conservatory 2 and a Pandora's Box with 10k experience - everyone pushing water, but I'm waiting for earth, ended up clicking Mysticism
122 Fighting my way to the GO 50-99 efreets, taking another external dwelling of dragon flies.
123 75 efreets mauled the horses, subtracted about a dozen somewhere. We'll venture into the center, the guards are huge, can't eat anything without oil :o
124 Kyrre gets into the native Rampart in the center, obviously the Pandora's Boxes will have native meat, which is pleasing :smile08: Thought about clicking the Mage Guild to replenish mana or the Tavern to scout - chose the Tavern. Broke through 12 devils, which returned a dozen unicorns in the Pandora :)
125 Lacus runs and sees Jenova with a dozen Wyverns, some singles of them, and 5-9 Angels... Kyrre can reach, but mana is 6, no mass magic - thought long about whether to attack or not + Jenova's stats are almost twice as high, but I have more meat. Decide to attack. Carefully sneak into the FB of the opponent, waiting for oil and bolt shot... but the opponent isn't casting anything :smile32: turns out Jenova forgot to buy the spell book :D The Wyvern stack gets whittled down bit by bit, the opponent exposes Angels with Wyverns to dragon fly breath and :smile15:
thanks for the game

Well, even if you implement these rules as options, you'll still have to check them before the game and set the necessary options (or create settings files for each tournament or map). This will only help you if you're loading a game from a save, for example. Otherwise, it's the same old rule-reading.
You'll have to read the rules anyway: organizational moments and so on. But not having to search for and reread them every time regarding control over specific gameplay restrictions—that's where your mind can actually rest. Let's take a synthetic situation. You had to save mid-game due to a connection problem. You meet again a week later. And then you start agonizingly trying to remember, "How many times was DD used?!" And what if you're playing in several tournaments simultaneously with "Auto-registrars" (they haven't been updated in a while :D) and completely different rules? Isn't it pleasant when you launch the game and your options are "Favorites," plus a link to the first post of the tournament thread? And when on Jebus Cross, one player gets a couple of Dragon Utopia behind key-keepers, a heal-fort with a cartographer, "the fish and all that," and wings (which can also be banned by rules), while another player gets the tastiest stuff for the same total value (a not-so-rare situation). They'll immediately say: "This is just SoD!" (even though there's only one generator across all versions). It might even come down to the red orb someday—it shouldn't be banned, but giving it a value of 150 thousand or a cost of 200 thousand is an option.
And as for the "meager" experience, you really went off)).
Will you say the same about me and my 15 posts?

But it seems that the guys from HW want even more:D
