I was just too lazy to get to them.

No. Airini becomes a friend until the end of the campaign and goes on missions with you, but then Akamas won't join. Even if you defeat him, he says that the Path of Tears isn't for him and he'll stay home.
Although, as a hero, he's more interesting than Airini.

I was most pleased with the Rebel and Red Jaguar tribes, who were constantly fighting each other over the Castle! It turned out that the Rebels captured the Castle and attacked the Jaguars. At that moment, I sailed up and captured it. Then I attacked the Rebels. A fairly well-equipped Rebel hero attacks, but he's short two movement points. I click to end the turn. And right away, the Red Jaguar hero attacks this Rebel and, while dying, wipes out his entire army!!!! At the start of the turn, there's a Rebel hero standing in front of me, but without an army!!!))) Two turns later, I destroyed their Castle!)) Of course, I'll replay it as the Barbarians, but this time as a Warrior! THIS MISSION IS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR TEARS!!! It's part of the scenario! Moreover, on the island of the Red Jaguar tribe, there are many stacks where harpies, warriors, and goblins are stationed. They all join ONLY the Tears hero! When I approach, they say: we don't want to go from one slave owner to another. And in general, Sandor is a positive hero, not a tyrant))

I defeated the yellow Airini, and almost all naval activity ceased. However, a red player became more active – he took a fortress between my first and second castles and left troops there. Now, Rang, along with Sandor, arrived by ship at the city they couldn't agree on. And in that city, they didn't even build any structures!

Yes, you cannot complete it. Read the first page; it explains this. My Sandor chose the path of tears in the first mission, so the blood mission will be unavailable to him.

How do I actually get to the island where Airini is located, or rather, how do I get there? The quest requires me to defeat her. There's no direct sea route; cliffs block the way. Is there some kind of whirlpool I need to use? Please provide a map.

I've already found it. Now I don't understand where to find the cyclops with jaguars and where to find Sharku.

Interesting mission, I played it on normal difficulty with a Blood Warrior, recruited Akamas, and used him in the final battle against Sharki. I could have finished the walkthrough in 4 months, but since I recruited Akamas, I spent a couple more months leveling him up and exploring all the upgrade locations. In the final battle, I had 165 Cyclops:D, and the rest were just there, but they paled in comparison to that many Cyclops. Plus, Akamas has a perk that increases the health of creatures to level 3, and I also put an artifact on him that gives +3 to health, so even a weak Goblin had around 32 health instead of 20.
