I was actually playing quite a bit with a weak build. It was something like:
30 Barbarians, 45 Unicorns, 100 Griffin Riders, 60 Liches, 10 Titans, 3 Fairies, etc.

42 gold for ducks, but the Guild Order is decent, and everything else is just free.

Yes, I checked 4 times, the Guild Order is twice as weak, but the Legion Head, level 5 heroes, and Pandora for free are just so-so. Although everyone has the same thing, so we'll play again.

That's exactly the point – to quickly deal with the weaker monsters and move on to the stage of fighting the opponent.

"Dense Oaks" (not to be confused with "dense noobs"; we may be dense, but we don't risk entering the Новичок tournament). In short, we can be called Dimension Door.

I suggest that, to avoid arguments about "who plays what," each participant should state their two preferred starting castle/hero options in the thread beforehand – a primary and a backup. If two people want to start with Brogh (Luna, etc.), then we can decide with a coin flip in the chat. If anything, my primary is Gosha, and my backup is Christian:D (we need to experiment with starting with human factions on Jeb, we need a pick for early hives and a free ballista to push into the same niche as the angels, and who knows where else – and there will always be some kind of support:rolleyes:).

The tournament format doesn't allow for experimental heroes; you immediately need an overpowered hero to maintain a decent pace; otherwise, it will just be a circus. In the last game, my companion started as Luna, and there wasn't a single fighter available in the tavern. By level 111-112, there were only 3 battles: two with a large stack of gnomes and one with a horde of archers. The timer ran out in the middle of level 112, and everything was done efficiently. That's how it went.

I would suggest thinking about how to address the randomness issue. What's the point of limiting castle combinations in a **PAIRED** tournament?

It needs to be limited!!! You might encounter 2 Swamp creatures against 2 Mages, and it will be a GG.
