For a long time they just looked at each other without saying anything. But despite such an unusual appearance of many of them, everyone guessed that these were none other than their former comrades. The silence was broken by someone's laughter.
- Uhu-hu, what a circus! - came from the lips of a man in a jester's costume.

Actually, the first thing will not be exactly a competition or nomination, but a small game that I came up with recently.
The essence is as follows: like in Mafia, each player chooses their target during the first stage (note, NUMBERS, not names), and during the second stage, discussions can be held (there will be no "nights" actually).
1. If hit by a "vulnerable" element, the target is eliminated.
2. If hit by a "neutral" element, nothing happens.
3. If hit twice by a stronger element, the player is eliminated.
4. If hit by the leader, the player receives one of the following bonuses:
- The ability to change the chosen element.
- Learn the element of one of the numbers.
- Get protection from elimination for the current round.
