Disrespect and insults are different things. I didn't insult anyone in my messages. And I certainly didn't challenge the decision of the Arbitration Committee. And it seems absurd to me that the organizer violates the forum rules against a newcomer.
It's not right, I'm not defending Hell. I was just defending R55max. The organizer should be more restrained; let's hope Hell will correct his behavior, and we won't see something like this happen to newcomers again.
Мой ник Heroes, и никто не вынесет меня Скажу я вам, мои друзья. Я некромант, я маг великий, и армия моя Непобедимая, огромная!
The situation is certainly not ideal, but the moderators are a bit surprising, leaving blatant insults from HellLight unpunished (not even moderated). Awful.
So, you think his behavior is normal and adequate? ))) It's perfectly normal to insult a stranger and then say that the conversation is over, and everything is fine... Imagine if I started insulting you in a similar way, then deleted the messages after some time and said that the conversation was over. You wouldn't just let it go, would you?
I don't see anything reprehensible in his behavior; it's just his communication style. I generally judge people by their actions, not by their abstract reasoning. The fact that he took on guiding a newcomer is a big plus for him, as the tournament is not easy. Let's judge his organizational skills after the tournament is over. We have rules for insults on our forum, but they won't be applied just like that; the person must understand their mistake and correct it. He corrected it by deleting the message and saying that he wouldn't argue with you anymore. We only resort to penalties in extreme cases. And if this kind of communication offends you, don't visit the "Tribune" section; you can see even worse things there.
Пусть мой враг будет силен и страшен. Если я поборю его, то не буду чувствовать стыда.
It's not pretty, I'm not excusing Hell. I was just writing in defense of R55max. An organizer should be restrained; let's hope Hell improves and we don't see anything like this in the newcomers.
This isn't about restraint here. It's about the fact that the org violates the forum rules. And everyone turns a blind eye to it. Look, Wlk, as far as I remember, though I could be wrong, was banned again just because of the cheating accusation against Scorpiona, which he made unintentionally, confusing her with Katerina. Of course, Scorpiona is an important person here; you can't say a word to such people — otherwise, a ban. And since HellLighT is now also an important person, he can freely sling mud at everyone and get away with it; we'll just say "let's hope he improves." All should be equal before the forum rules, as before the law. But in practice, it never works out that way in Russia — there's an elite that doesn't care about anything, and all the rest of the rabble who can be mocked.

A person must realize their own mistake and correct it; they corrected it — deleted the message and said they won't argue with you anymore.
He wasn't arguing; he was just blatantly insulting me for no apparent reason. And judging by his latest posts like "you deservedly got dunked in manure," the person genuinely thinks he's right in this situation; he hasn't realized his mistake. And if he considers such behavior normal, he will boldly continue in the same vein — further slinging mud at strangers.

And if such communication grates on your ears — don't visit the Tribune; you can see even worse there.
He didn't write all this to me in the Tribune, but in the M200 tournament thread.

Give me a link to his post.

))) That's quite a communication style. Some people get banned for that kind of communication. And some don't. It's inconsistent. It's enough to become an organizer of a tournament, and you can do whatever you want without consequences.
The one who offended you so much. P.S. Of the two of you, you remind me more of Warlock right now.
Everything from the M200 tournament was moved here. All this mess wasn't originally in the tribunal. And about the manure pile, that's also an exaggeration.

It reminded me of something. For some reason.
Early one morning, I encountered a creep on the street who tried to rape me. He didn't succeed; somehow, I managed to break free and run away. Naturally, I immediately called the police, tears streaming down my face.
I have to say, the police surprised me. They arrived very quickly, within about five minutes, and caught the creep about forty minutes later. It turned out he was a twenty-year-old guy with two prior convictions. Apparently, his interaction with the police officers had a depressing effect on him, and he confessed.
The detective I spoke with was very polite. He explained some of the intricacies of our legal system, listened to me attentively, without getting annoyed when I started crying again from the fear I had experienced, and helped me write a proper statement.
Then, things started to get strange. The detective received a phone call, stepped out of the office for a moment, returned looking even gloomier, and said, "The creep's mother called and is offering money." I said I wouldn't take any money, even if it were a million.
About three hours later, an investigator arrived. He began the conversation by saying, "You shouldn't be out at five in the morning!" If I had been in my right mind, I probably would have replied that there was no curfew in our city, and I could go out whenever I wanted. But at that moment, I wasn't in a state to argue.
Then, the investigator said that the guy was only twenty years old, and I would ruin his life if I put him in jail. He didn't actually do anything to me. And the case was a guaranteed loser – there were no witnesses, and the guy would soon come to his senses, say, "It wasn't me, it wasn't my horse," and claim that he confessed under psychological pressure from the police officers. He also said that the investigation and trial were a very unpleasant process and asked if it was worth me wasting my nerves on it when there was no chance of success. He almost convinced me, and I said I needed to think about it. The poor twenty-year-old was released.
I thought about it. And I realized that I had to put this creep in jail. I wouldn't ruin his life – it was already ruined. If his first two convictions didn't teach him a lesson, there was nothing left to break.
I received a call from the investigative committee, and they asked me to come in. I went, and in a much firmer voice, I told another investigator about what had happened. He started with the same song: there were no witnesses, no evidence, and no identification had been conducted. "How can that be?" I asked, surprised. "We went to the scene of the crime with another investigator, and he saw that the bushes were broken, my clothes were stained, and my hairpin and headphones were lying in the corner..." "Oh, really?" the investigator said, surprised. "But why isn't that in the crime scene report?" How would I know why it wasn't there? Apparently, because your colleague didn't want to work! He felt sorry for the twice-convicted criminal.
Then, the investigator gave my address and phone number to the creep. And the creep decided to talk to me. First, he called – I didn't answer. Then, he came to my door – I didn't open it. I live on the first floor, and I'm scared. Now, I don't go out of the house without protection – my boyfriend, father, brother, or some friends are always with me. I'm very afraid. Then, this jerk retracted his confession, saying that he had simply mistaken me for a friend and decided to scare me, that is, he just approached and grabbed my collar. And the rest, I made up.
I was denied the initiation of a criminal case. I went to a law firm, and they drafted a complaint to the court. The court hearing was postponed twice because the investigator was on vacation and couldn't transfer the case to the judge. Is he the only one in the entire investigative committee? Are there no others? Before the hearing, the first investigator called me: "Why did you sue us, Marya Batkovna? We agreed that you had no claims." We? Agreed? I didn't agree with anyone about anything!
My lawyer explained quite clearly in court who was the idiot – me or the investigators. The case was sent for further investigation. I had to talk to the deputy head of this investigative department, who persistently asked me if I was sure I didn't want to drop the charges. I'm sure I don't. Yes, I'm certain.
By the court's decision, they must review my case within ten days. Today is the eighth day, and I haven't received a call or a message from the investigative committee. Fortunately, they are not far from my work, so I'll go visit them. I wonder what excuses they will come up with this time.
I already posted it in the thread, which you apparently deleted without any explanation. Fine, just for you, one more time: HellLighT
Ihtiandr, you're stupid)) if you consider everything I just threw at you as hypocrisy, then your level of development has remained on the amphibian side of your nickname. You waste other people's time, without any remorse, leaving games, I don't report it in a single case - anything can happen, but with you, it has become the norm. You are such a stupid piece of garbage.
p.s. I apologize to everyone who had to witness this argument, please move the posts to the tribune or just delete them, I will be silent

I already posted it in the thread, which you apparently deleted without any explanation. Fine, just for you, one more time:
I asked you for a link. You managed to quote that post – congratulations, now you can show it everywhere – how HellLight insulted you, and make up a problem out of thin air? Ihtiandr
And what, explain to me please?
That he also couldn't stop in time and gradually drifted into the misty distance.
Пусть мой враг будет силен и страшен. Если я поборю его, то не буду чувствовать стыда.
You managed to quote that post — congratulations, now you'll go around showing it everywhere — how HellLighT called you, making a mountain out of a molehill?
And are you just going to sit there and do nothing about it? Your words clearly reek of bias. You, being a moderator, turn a blind eye to all his insults and shift the blame onto me, as if I've got it out for him. I'll have to repeat once more that he and I are practically strangers. And then, like a bolt from the blue, all these posts from him came pouring out toward me. After I stated the problem, he said: HellLighT
I think I rightfully dunked you in some fresh manure
And now I look like Vlk and I'm making a mountain out of a molehill?))
Tell me, why did you delete my thread?

Because he also couldn't stop in time and gradually drifted off into the foggy distance.
I'm not going to sit around and stay silent when I'm publicly insulted. Maybe you enjoy hearing such words directed at you, but I don't. And the forum rules support me on this.
