On December 2nd, the following statement was received from user Xostor:

I reiterate that Luis is my clone, created to violate the rules of the "Mafia" game in order to gain an advantage. Both accounts being in a socially active Mafia group made the task very difficult, as I neither gained an advantage nor was I able to maintain communication. As a result, I displayed all the forum activity, while, in order to maintain secrecy, my good friend acted as Luis in the communication channels. By the way, thanks to discussing the game with user Mestear, I used some of his ideas to support the conspiracy.
I hope my plan is clear.

According to the content of the statement, and since the database contains confirmation of matching IP addresses for the accounts Mestear and Xostor, it will be accepted as true.

The violation recorded for user Mestear will be removed, and the ban counter for her account will be reduced by 1. A violation regarding the registration of the clone Luis will be recorded for the account Xostor. A violation for a false appeal will not be recorded for user Mestear.

Since this appeal is the first one, no violations regarding the format of the appeal will be recorded, and if they have already been recorded for someone, they will be removed.
