Just out of curiosity... For example, is it legal to transfer a turn to an ally in a game?

I think Sevensan's suggestion is the most optimal: set the turn time to 4-6 minutes with a SoD timer.
Who else thinks so?
you're saying to stretch out the gnome battles to 30 minutes. You can do the same in Warlords! Time won't run out while you're in battle. It's just that you won't be able to finish, which is a shame, and it's all frustrating. But if you can get there in 3 minutes, it's fine. I don't think a million battles will last 30 minutes, right?

The default time limit is 1000+400, and the decision is final and not subject to appeal.

This is much better! Hopefully, this will put an end to all the arguments about timing, and everyone will simply decide for themselves whether or not to play.
New question. Do neutrals need morality, or should it be removed to save time?
I don't quite understand how to choose factions. If in the first game, for example, I play as Dungeon and my ally plays as Rampart, can I play as Rampart in the second game, and my ally as Dungeon? And in the third game, can we play with the same factions as in the first game?
The idea behind the selection is as follows: If in the first game, a team uses Rampart and Dungeon, then in the second game, they cannot choose this pair. In the third game, the team can choose Rampart and Dungeon again, but they cannot choose the factions they played with in the second game.
This somewhat convoluted method was implemented to introduce a certain element of strategy into the selection process.
