Yes, theoretically, a situation could have arisen where only one person in the group had 3 wins. Then, if I had beaten Stinger and Dimasta, there would have been a chance to get out of the group. But never mind, I don't feel like playing anything other than m200 anyway.

121 I defeat 60 knights to gain access to the center.
122 + Center Necropolis Castle and a Necropolis village. Clavius with Earth.
123 Imp, something else, I take the second center Castle (also Necropolis). Fiona has 6 horses and 360 skeletons left. In his turn, Hermit attacks the woodcutters nearby with a scout and types "gg". He was crushed without a chance (5 ducks, 34 lizards in total by turn 123). Thank you.

It's very strange that someone is criticized for withdrawing due to a lack of time for games, but not for withdrawing because they don't aim for qualification and are too lazy to finish playing. In my opinion, the reason in the first case is much more respectable. IMHO.

However, removing a player (you can always come up with a reason) might be a disadvantage for another player who could have used it to tie the score with one of the contenders for advancement... I think this doesn't need further explanation.

Frankly, there are clearly people here who have a lot of free time and don't understand that others might not.
