We will be working on the regulations and the draw on September 28th. We will try to finish by Friday.
Regarding the regulations: since there are many participants, there will traditionally be group stages (or stages with groups).
The draw will not be completely random; we will seed players into groups based on their level and success in tournaments. We will also consider preferred factions (we will try to ensure that a group does not consist of only Rampart players), and since the organizers believe that we are playing for fun, we will try not to put players with mutual dislike together in the group stage (if you have any requests regarding this, please contact us via ICQ). Regarding taking desired times and Hamachi/Garena into account, it is difficult to promise due to a lack of information. Most players have not indicated a preferred time or connection method.

Regarding the balance rules. What is your opinion about damage dealers (DD), flying wings – shouldn’t they be banned? Also, and most importantly, the rules in Russian and English are different. Please correct them.

By the way, a few words about Hamachi. I tried to use it the other day, and all I got was the message "the program will be closed immediately." Reinstalling didn't help. I downloaded TeamViewer, as Kilgore recommended, and it works fine there.

If the strategy involves controlling the map and preventing the opponent from expanding, then only free units – those obtained from scrolls and graveyards – should be used. However, if a player takes the risk of building a Tower and manages to acquire a unit there, I don't see anything wrong with that; in fact, I respect that.

Is it even needed for L-U? Especially since you can get them from scrolls now. I don't like that if the weakest side finds a Dimension Door scroll, they can usually easily force a stalemate, especially with the red color.
