For tank players.
You need to replace the Heroes executable (get it from a friend), which you use to launch the game, and do it without the mod! Replace the original file! Don't try to fix it with a mod. It's clearly stated that you have a corrupted Heroes3.exe file. The mod has nothing to do with it and shouldn't be used to fix corrupted launch files.

From the tank:
I completely deleted the executable file I had (heroes3.exe).
I launched the heroes3hd.exe file.

Added:
I figured it out; after deleting the executable, it no longer freezes, and neutral creatures join for money.

I'll put it this way - I think the game started a month ago, so I'm not specifying the exact date.. I don't even have a save left.. we loaded from Sevan today... again, I didn't remember the game.. when we loaded, I was shocked .. on load 147 my Saira had stats like 11-13-10-13 while Crag had 32-17-15-15.. Anyway, by that time the map had been explored, there was presumably only 1 Dragon Utopia and I took it.. no idea where those stats came from.. probably got lucky with artifacts.. Because I got a portal in the town AND Dimension Door, I started jumping across the map, taking castles and recruiting necessary neutrals.. ALSO Saira had tactics while Crag didn't., which could have been decisive. It ended when on 224 the opp made a mistake.. he moved without an army with only 11 phoenixes, forgot the whole army in the Castle, as a result there wasn't enough money for the hero.. I attacked the castle and easily dealt with the opponent without a hero
thx for the game.. it had intrigue! Meanwhile, there were some beautiful battles between losers

The generation split us into 2 halves horizontally, both at the top and bottom. The game wasn't interesting; I had to struggle everywhere and trek across the map on foot back and forth over worthless territories. Fortunately, in one of the 3 useless Dragon Utopia areas, I found wings—the only thing on the map that was actually worth anything. I built castle gates in 3 Inferno areas and successfully caught the main hero with a powerful spell. The map and Dragon Utopia areas were poor and had ridiculous parameters around 14; I attacked with mass haste.

Cleared the entire first week, built up Angels in the Fortress.
121 Broke through the Fortress and got 2 Archangels.
124, 8 angels joined (Forgot to upgrade them in the Fortress... it's not usual.) Left a few in the swamps.
127, already in the center, where in 3 days I managed to join and upgrade a lot of machines. The final battle was formal. There was also a diplomat there, but the passage to the center was found late, which decided the outcome. Thank you.

111 Caira as the 10th hero.
117 Built two towns up to elves. External dwellings of elves, Centaurs, dwarves, pegasi, and unicorns. They are inside the Citadel.
121-125 Joined someone on the second. At the start of the second, 4 hives were taken in chains. The Helm of the Alabaster unicorn was taken.
125 First Dragon Utopia gave a set of Titan's Cuirass, boots of +2 all stats, Helm of +10-2.
127 Dragon Utopia with a necklace of +3 all stats and bags of gold.

131 Dragon Utopia with an Orb of Vulnerability and boots of levitation.

Afterwards, ran around, squeezed, and joined. In the end, on 142, Caitlin was finally presented to me without finding parameters. Thank you.

Oddly enough, I could have even won that terrible mess that the game gave me, but it was a deja vu against Amilo. I immediately got Caitlin with Diplomacy on 111, decided to play, but zero armies. After a crooked fight for the Pandora's Box with magic, I shrunk it. Did everything I could, found Visions, schooled through Nella, but the first join just doesn't drop. On 121, I start at the stable, opponent has more army. On 121, I upgrade the Dwarves and go for their beehive; there's a join, 91 Dwarves; they dismantle the bees, Kyrre is at the entrance to the adjacent zone. Then I took another beehive with a noob, checked Maxina's artifact; didn't take it, gave everything to Kyrre; she takes the Conflux, then scouting; I go to the spotted Griffin Conservatory; Kyrre on 123 checks it, 2-4 there, and I stay; the main hero goes to Galthran to take the lower beehives.
124, 26 Wyverns and 91 Dwarves easily dismantle the max Griffin Conservatory, although there were morale procs, and Katya runs to another village. For parameters, nothing.

On 125, the opponent shows wild stats; I scout secondary heroes, take the Boots [of Speed], split the armies, clean up the unclaimed beehives on the respawn. Postponed on 131.

During the break, I think about what I should even do; the map has close distances, no ГО, and even fast roads; I decide to clutch at straws and build a Mage Guild. The opponent has already taken all three Utopias on the map, but no control.

And then I screwed up the match, right during the Transmute spell). I was short 1000 gold for a join of uniques, and I ran past, overlooking Tyras sitting inside; there was a Town Portal in the box behind them. Thus I gifted the opponent a day; the next day, I finally assembled full control, getting Dimension Door from a tower; for the first time, I had more main [hero power] than him. Then I blundered in the swamp; although, with saving that day, I would have already had scouting and could have taken КВ from the far secondary hero; and then the game was turning in my favor because I had the Cloak of the Undead King and 4 Dimension Doors with the logistics stables and Boots [of Speed].

there was no diplomat for a long time, only caught a cleric at level 7, in parallel leveled several other heroes to catch diplo...then went through home treasure sites, besides 2-3 Dragon Fly Hives and a couple of chests nothing worthwhile...I go to the center, and immediately get overwhelmed with stats over 20 and power...turns out the 1st had Sira and the home treasures were richer in Dragon Utopias than the center.
