Weakening Strike is useless for Orcs because you can't raise the attack penalty above -3. And in general, investing in Darkness or Chaos skills when the enemy won't be using those spells seems pointless, even if it's just for the good skills. Attack, Logistics, Defense, Luck, and Battle Cry also have good skills, and the skills themselves are more useful.

Longistics can be omitted.
Dim Chaos and Darkness can be omitted.
