In a duel, I used Necropolis against a strong AI opponent playing as Haven. Of course, it was all quite easy. After all, it's the Great Necropolis! :) I won't go into too much detail, but I was impressed by the "Death Gaze" ability of the Weaver. With just one glance (albeit a deadly one), the Weaver managed to eliminate 8 skilled creatures from the Haven faction at once.

Didn't I say that Haven is nothing compared to Necropolis?

In one difficult battle against ghosts, I couldn't manage to win. I had to build Weavers... And I accidentally discovered that Weavers have "Death Gaze" even before the upgrade. And this gaze is very effective, even better than in duels; I was even surprised.

I played a duel for Necropolis against Haven, just for fun, but this time (for the first time) with a WARRIOR. It's strange that the warrior only has Stone Skin and Drain Life in his arsenal of magic. Where is Reinforcements? Playing as a Necropolis warrior is even easier than playing as a mage. I was even surprised that, despite the lack of magic, his entire army survived.

It's strange, I used to play duels with Necropolis against humans. I put Sacrifice on the vampires. They were attacked by Blessings, and Sacrifice was removed.
Now I'm playing a duel with Haven against Necropolis - the opponent puts Sacrifice on the vampires, my Blessings hit them, and nothing, Sacrifice doesn't get removed. Then, Petrify is cast on the vampire - I try to remove it with Dispel Magic (initial magic), but it doesn't work. What is this selective nonsense?

I think the spider queen doesn't fit into the game at all. It's like a random mutation in part 4. It lacks proper design and implementation.

As a Necropolis unit, she might seem unusual, but in my opinion, she fits well with the Ashan concept of this faction.

They came up with it themselves and added it. And the symbol of the humans is rays of light, so let's give them beams of light as a combat ability in their faction? Oh, wait a minute...

spider ladies are decent... almost, I think they just didn't have anything else to add to the Necropolis (all factions have units with that characteristic), so they remembered about Ashu...
in my opinion, it would have been better to make the vampires female... and the Bone Dragon is missing... badly...
overall, the faction is okay... but there are still drawbacks...

Bone dragons exist. They are just considered neutral creatures, so it's difficult to recruit them on the map.
In Wayne's campaign, you can seemingly even recruit them in the castle, but I'm not sure.
And there's also the dynasty weapon "Belket's Staff" - it allows you to summon these dragons in every battle.
And there's also a boss bone dragon - it's in Sandro's campaign.
