In general, I don't know what's in your supermarkets for foreigners; I've never seen them, not even when I was playing the role of a foreigner myself (then I only saw hotel restaurants, which is a completely different thing, and they definitely don't have any burgers there). Of course, they will, unless it's a hotel restaurant where only hotel guests are allowed.
