I highly doubt that the person doing all this is 15 years old. Because being proficient in disassembly and debuggers at that age seems unlikely. It's more likely that this individual will play Dota, CS, Mafia, spam in various chats, on forums, etc. Although there might be a few exceptions. But I have serious doubts about that.

I approve of your post. I myself reinstall the SHINDOШS operating system every week, and it only takes twenty minutes. In the end, the operating system won't clean itself or reinstall itself. After reinstalling, I sometimes spend whole days playing games.

Fortunately, mine has been working without any major problems for 4 years now. I don't know how many hundreds of programs (including repacked games) have been installed and uninstalled, and there have been no problems with performance, the registry, or any other services. Knock on wood.
