You can play against him on my map at this link. You can also use him in two maps that are currently being planned. You can add this hero to a map yourself using the editor: select any hero and go to MapPropertiesThree, find the Shared tab, click “...”, and choose the hero from the list (there will be a tab with heroes somewhere at the top; we need it for creating videos). His name there is "Timerkhan." :)
