Red Ball and Cloak are banned. If there's no road to the Center - restart (optional). Restarts: 112 total, no humanitarian restarts or auto-restarts. Technical restarts (when blocked inside the Castle) only after the main ones, when a Block causes a loss of at least 1/2 of the Army. Time: no less than 4500+500.
