You can answer the question about level 3 without mentioning "Glory." It's impossible without the source files. So, unfortunately, no.

What should you do? Bury your idea and forget about it. There won't be a level 3, and there never will be. It's hopeless. You should go create a town instead – that's what's trendy right now :)
