Day Two
The situation on Omega became even more tense. Aria didn't even try to restrain her mercenaries. Today,
Zybr happened to cross their path. After a couple of hours of "polite conversation," they left him a "souvenir" under his eye as a parting gift and told him to get lost. However, the Queen of Omega's henchmen weren't the only ones who knew how to fight, and
Lynx learned this firsthand when a batarian in blue armor knocked her down and beat her nearly to death with his boots.
Ment, while walking, encountered the Patriarch. The latter proved to be very taciturn, but
Ment got the feeling that his interlocutor had remembered him perfectly.
ToX, on the other hand, no matter how hard he tried to meet the unknown figure following him, came up with nothing, although he managed to spot the glint of a quarian helmet. On the other hand,
ToX’s other guest, a massive elcor, was in no hurry to hide; instead, he stood still right by the door.
Dgak was spotted in Doctor Mordin's clinic. Perhaps he was undergoing a preventative check-up or had caught a cold somewhere.
Neira Drake was returning from
ToX with a heavy step. The wounds caused by the explosion had not yet fully healed, and then there was this crazed varren... Despite her thick skin and endurance, she could not recover so quickly and needed rest. Her suffering was interrupted by
Paly, who appeared as if from nowhere and treated
Neira Drake to a dozen rounds from an assault rifle. Casting a triumphant glance at the heavily collapsed body, he wanted to head home, but it wasn't that simple.
Arandor, watching the tragedy through the scope of his faithful sniper rifle, could not allow the killer to go unpunished. He aimed and shot the scoundrel right between the eyes. Leaning back and catching his breath,
Arandor heard footsteps, and then the very krogan who had visited him yesterday appeared before him. The turian tried to get up, but a shotgun blast to the knee quickly ended all attempts.
Naver Leengard, with a menacing growl, shoved the muzzle of the shotgun into
Arandor’s mouth and fired, grinning at the shattered visor and the blue blood splattered everywhere. However, he celebrated his victory too soon—a kick from the victim's healthy leg reopened the attacker's yesterday's wounds. Realizing he would not make it to the clinic,
Naver Leengard spent the final hours of his life enthusiastically breaking the bones of the dead man. He had no way of knowing that a Justicar was interested in him.
Rudy, having miraculously survived yesterday's explosion, was watching the beautiful figure of his new victim through a sniper scope. The thought occurred to him that flirting with a beautiful asari had never hurt anyone, and he could always kill her later, whereas there is never enough time for entertainment. Putting away the rifle, he approached the girl and suggested they spend some time together. She smiled seductively and invited him to her place. In the morning,
Rudy was found dead in the street. Doctors were unable to determine the cause of death—there were no injuries on the body. Unfortunately, this time the killer left no clues.
Notes:In the morning, several datapads appeared on one of the tables in the "Afterlife"—anyone wishing to could read them.
Tried to kill Archik at night. A good chance to guess, as most are mafia. The blues didn't have ND, so Ment or Ar are mafia.
Parishioner Neira Drake is NOT a humanoid!
Patriarch of Kiev and All Rus. Patriarch.
