On "Bukka," there are catastrophically few people, unfortunately; only 1-2 games are created, mostly duels.

The "6th Attempt" Tournament showed how critical the version of the sixth installment of Heroes is. As a reminder, Buka released a game tied to servers isolated from the rest of the world. That is, if I bought the game from Buka, I can only play with other lucky players. This leads to community isolation. The same thing happened with StarCraft II, but there, after a storm of discontent, the players almost completely switched to European servers. All tournaments are held only on European servers (with the exception of a couple of fan tournaments). But what about Heroes? Few people want to switch to another version. Some have a reputation, others don't want to spend money. There was only one tournament (organized by our portal). Apparently, players have not yet fully understood how isolated they are. And what version should they switch to? There are many people on the Steam version, but mostly foreign players. They say that the level of play there is quite low. There are fewer people on Buka's servers, but there are still some. Very, very many people bought the Buka version. Here, everyone is from the same country, and, again, if rumors are to be believed, our players play better. Who knows. I also have the Buka version, and at 11 pm Moscow time, I often can't find an opponent. It often happens that there is no one at all in the games. You create your own game, stare at the monitor for 20 minutes, and then go to sleep. But the problem is not even that. The problem is precisely with the tournaments. As a reminder, owners of the Buka version cannot play with the Steam version. And the lack of a local network game excludes programs like Hamachi. They say that at one time, Heroes 6 was available in GameRanger, but then it was removed. For the next tournaments, it is very important to know which version each player uses. Perhaps it is worth holding tournaments only on the Steam version or only on Buka. Currently, the idea of a shared account is being worked on, but there may also be problems with this. Twice, bad people changed the password on my account, and once this led to the postponement of a tournament match. In general, let's vote :)

I bought the collector's edition in a box, and it was the Bukov version. As far as I understand, the digital version is on Steam. But since I don't play online, this is perfectly fine for me.

I have the standard edition, but I downloaded the "Heart of Nightmares" map from the collection and the staff that is in it from the internet, and everything was saved after completing it.

Initially, I had the standard Jewel version from Bukovskiy. After completing half of the campaign, I wanted to play online with other people, plus I wanted the Dynasty features from the Xbox version. As a result, I bought the Xbox version on Steam and I'm happy with it. By the way, it has the features of the Xbox version, plus there are more people for online battles, both Russian and foreign friends. P.S. But in the end, I would like the Steam and Bukovskiy versions to be combined for online play.

Oh, how I regret buying the game on Bookworm instead of Steam. At first, there seemed to be a lot of strong players on Bookworm, up until around April. Now, it's completely quiet. I would have gladly bought the Steam version if all the statistics and achievements of my family could be transferred to the Steam server.

I would gladly "reset" the dynasty :o. The hero is saved in only two versions after completing the campaign, and I would really like to have Anton the Mage in my dynasty. And I also wasted coins on portraits for nothing.
