Hey everyone, I've decided to create some custom units. And I figured you guys might be able to help me out! Please don't ignore this thread! Could you please tell me how to create at least one unit? It doesn't necessarily have to be for a castle. Just a standalone unit. What programs are needed, what knowledge of scripts is required, etc.? As I understand it, a unit is several images and a file with its characteristics, all packed into a DIN or several files, right?:confused: Help, please!!! P.S. For Heroes 3 or WOG? If WOG, then check this out: http://forum.df2.ru/index.php?showtopic=1123 If Heroes 3, then look there as well, since there aren't many coders here.

It might already be on your computer. Use the search function.

Possibly. I don't have Heroes of Might and Magic VI. If you need help, ask on the DF2 forum.

I thought he mentioned 3ds Max in one of his created threads. Although...it could also be used for "Heroes of Might and Magic III". But personally, I'm in favor of "Heroes of Might and Magic V".

Heroes of Might and Magic V will still have expansion packs, while Heroes of Might and Magic III will not. However, let's not digress into irrelevant discussions...
