There are many worthy girls on the forum. But in my opinion, the selection should also be done by worthy people (it would be better if they were professionals, but I can hardly imagine how we would determine that). I completely agree. I have never participated in any beauty contests or similar events, and I don't plan to. It's an unrewarding and rather cruel activity! So, I think that first, you should ask the girls if they agree to participate in this contest or not (something like a vote...) and only then post their photos.

But here, in theory, there should be a Knight spirit... well, in theory... in the Middle Ages, they chose the Queen of Love and Beauty at Tournaments — I believe that is what we are talking about... and then, the choice isn't made for all the rest, but rather based on some temporary objective criteria: the girl who has most distinguished herself on the forum during a given period (a month, for example); by the way, this could also be done regarding knights, so to speak, meaning voting among the ladies (why not?). Instead of choosing the single most beautiful one, we could create several nominations equal in "prestige" :p — like "Miss Kind Smile," "Miss Gentle Sunshine," "Miss Sharp Tongue," etc.... :o Of course, less silly nominations could be come up with. Like giving New Year's gifts to the female contestants. :)

Or here is another way it could be done: based on the fact that the portal is heroic-Knight in nature, give users the ability to post a small icon/image of their favorite forum member with a caption like: "fights for the glory of Alloya," for example... :rolleyes: Like a lady's heart on a shield, just like that! :cool: And no one feels left out.
