I don't really like AUTO-BATTLE. I used to use QUICK BATTLE because it only took 5 seconds to see the battle results and then move on. It saved time. But now I prefer manual battles.

A couple of times, while replaying one of the campaigns as Irina (Defeat and Victory), I decided to try a quick battle. The AI is terrible at it! It constantly loses 1-2 archers, while I could easily win this battle without any losses by using healing and regeneration.

This is normal. Although sometimes, the AI manages to win without losses in a quick battle. I even applaud it sometimes :). But if there are losses, I replay. Towards the end of the campaigns, I relax and ignore losses of +-5 (of course, not elite units :) )
Although sometimes, even if the AI wins without losses, you notice with horror that this scoundrel spends a considerable amount of mana :).

I didn't understand, are we talking about auto-battle or quick battle? Anyway, I haven't noticed the former in this installment of Heroes. And I don't use the latter, because I need to level up my karma.

What do you mean, you haven't noticed it? In the lower right corner, next to the "Hero's Special Attack" circle, there's a small "Automatic Battle" circle. Click it, and it will do its thing.

Nah, guys, I don't let myself play on the computer; after 4 missions, I'm at level 14 as Dungeon, and it seems like weapons don't level up on quick battles either.

I agree with you, but if you're fighting neutral creatures, then auto-battle is the best option the game can offer.

The thing is, sometimes you want to step away to take care of other things and rely on the computer for auto-battling, but its stupidity, even in the most harmless situation, can lead to a lot of losses.

How do I disable auto-battle if I enabled it when creating the map? I mean, it’s disabled in the settings, but auto-battle still occurs in every battle. I initially thought it would only work in battles against neutral creatures.
