Don't you think that Justice only uses his sword when using the "Heaven-Cleaving Sword" ability? If so, doesn't it seem to you that "heaven-cleaving" would be mentioned in the newspaper in some way? After all, the Spirit used "Darkness-Piercing," and the darkness was mentioned in the description.
