I spoke with almost every player, or at least one of the two players from each playoff match. It seems like everyone was supposed to finish their games by today, but I don't see any games or explanations as to why they weren't played. Apparently, that's what you want.

I won't have time today, but tomorrow I'll either register losses or flip a coin to decide the outcome if there are no games or any clear explanations.
Kobra and I are trying to find some free time. I hope we won't be too late....

We couldn't connect due to version differences in SoD, so we had to play WT, where all the advantages of Kirr are nullified. Here, I decided on an earlier push into the center of Tazar. A rush with horses, not elves)), but that didn't really matter....
Thank you for the game!

Stryfe (blue, Dungeon, Shakti, Galthran) def Amiloo (red, Inferno, Marius, Marius), 8mm6a, 227
It turned out to be an interesting game, we did a lot of running around and ate up almost the entire map.
I took my 2 restarts and we began. On the first day, I dug up Galthran in the tavern; the native computer was Necropolis, and I decided to try my luck. :)
In the first week, I scouted 2 Griffin Conservatories, one of which was a size 1; I took it with Gosha. I built Minotaurs in the citadel. By week 2 day 1, I captured 2 computer castles — Necro and Rampart.
Then I took the size 1 Griffin Conservatory near the Necro castle and went to my corner treasure zone. Everything there turned out to be quite sparse. I took a size 2 Griffin Conservatory and 2 Dwarf Cottages (at least I stockpiled some skeletons), didn't find anything else interesting, and decided to head to another treasure zone near the human castle I had just captured. And then the opponent appeared. He clearly had more meat (including many Efreeti, Magogs, and Demons); I decided he would attack and upgraded the skeletons, preparing for the final showdown (before that, I had taken a size 1 Dragon Utopia near the Dungeon village, which gave a Cap of +6 to all stats). But on his turn, the opponent ran away with Marusya into the darkness. After that, I reclaimed my human castle and went to the treasure zone.
There I found 3 Dragon Utopias and several Dragon Fly Hives. I only managed to take 2 because the opponent started snatching my castles, and I would have been left empty-handed if I hadn't rushed home. Logistics stubbornly wouldn't be given to Gosha, so he ran like a turtle. But I built mage guild level 5 in the Dungeon, which gave Town Portal and Dimension Door, and immediately rushed there. The opponent didn't take this town but ran to my main; in the meantime, I doubled my mana and learned spells. Life became a little easier, but I was still far behind in army strength. As luck would have it, all the Dragon Fly Hives gave minimal rewards, while the opponent meanwhile managed to level up scout heroes who were riding a Magic Dragon from a Pandora's Box, Sultan Efreeti, and an Archangel from the Mercenary Camp... I decided to jump into a teleporter and take 2 scouted Griffin Conservatories that I hadn't been able to reach before; the opponent considered them already taken and didn't go for them. Near the second Conservatory, I found 3(!) more Dragon Utopias (3+3+5), which gave me many useful artifacts. After that, I recaptured the human castle (for the second time in the game), where Angels were already built; I got Archangels, built an Artifact Merchant in the Dungeon village and bought Gloves of Speed, then upgraded Wyverns (in that town, the opponent had accidentally left a scout hero with a full stack of Efreeti; I destroyed them, and this helped me greatly later on). Then I grabbed a couple of scouted Griffin Conservatories, took 1 more Dragon Utopia, killed the native orange computer with scout heroes, doubled my mana there, and, seeing the opponent's scout hero near the human castle on the overview, portaled there, intending to attack the enemy's main on the next turn. On his turn, the scout hero darted into a portal, and I decided to follow him, thinking that the Inferno zone was there.
This territory turned out to be a secondary zone, but I found Marusya there on a speed-buffed single Archangel. Her speed was higher, but I had Shackles of War. The opponent's main hero was killed, and surrender followed! Then we decided to have a final showdown with full armies, where I also proved stronger.
Amiloo, thank you for an interesting and meaningful game!

Satyre (blue, Swamp, Bronhild, Das) def MeFi (red, Rampart, Ivor, Ivor) Jebus Cross 127
It all started with unexpected news - we have no connect in SoD. Just NONE at all and that's it.. simply nothing  On the other hand, in VT everything is just super smooth: wonderful ping, no crashes or freezes.. We decided to play VT under SoD rules with some caveats (fast roads, without morale and GS) + due to a decent bonus for vivs from Brogh, I demanded 3k compensation. :)
We took a couple of restarts (Satyre seems like all, I had 1; I remember my doubts clearly..); on the first day, some good heroes came to help Ivor, there was even a Luna, whom I wanted to use everywhere and ownwhere, but long chains were more important and she often sat idle :(
The layout for caches/artifacts was smooth: 3 uniques + fights; +6 attack, +3/+3 magic, +1 and +2 speed, handcuffs and some other small things.
Secondaries - both dungeons, but the second one was taken on 126. Rogues came to the first, a dragon to the second :)
By 115 I spotted 4-5 hives + 2 Dragon Utopia. In total there were 3 Dragon Utopia at the respawn and 6-7 hives. The respawn was tasty even by Jebus Cross standards...
These are all pluses, which fade in the light of 3 huge minuses:
- Ivor just couldn't get logistics, just NO WAY.. reached level 12, but logistics were still not offered.. Otherwise, the build was decent: starting + armor, scouting, water (experted after Dragon Utopia, but didn't get Water Mastery).
- The respawn was very stretched out and roads went in wild zig-zags.
- ГО turned out to be 5 days away (at 2400mp); without gloves/logistics/boots I had no chance of leaving the respawn earlier than Satyre. Even considering the long roads at his respawn - for him ГО was closer by a day or two, it seems.
The ГО itself was easy (Luna broke through without mana - forgot to remove the lollipop - with 6 attack) ~ 40 hydras with GS, lost maybe 1 horse.
After breaking through ГО, I saw Brogh on the move in front of my respawn. I decided not to return the army with Luna to the limit, but to hit Brogh with handcuffs and a red ball, since +3 speed for angels gives me (well, in theory) the first turn if he has no speed artifacts.
In the end, Brogh is killed, I happily run back, thinking that nobody will catch me, and with the growth of rogues/dragons/taking the remaining ducks.. plus I imagined many other interesting things, already built up greens in the Castle, was getting money/resources for golds in 2 days.. And Ivor with 21 spell power and 300+ mana could have caused some havoc .. :smile08:
Anyway, while I was making plans, Satyre through simple manipulations takes the Dragon Utopia, transfers the army to the front line, Das gets smashed during scouting, breaks through a road block of 50-99 cyclops, and on the very last cell ( ) reaches Luna with the army/artifacts (Ivor had +3/+3 and +5all left for mana)... :smile24: It was fatal that Das was level 20 with attack/tactics parameters 17-17 and his own handcuffs. I took my pair off Luna, leaving only the lollipop in case of magical tricks. I couldn't survive the advantage in stats/meat and the impossibility of buying them off :smile32:

ГГ, Thanks for the game! :)

I've seen many times in Warlord Tournament how people paid 6000 for Rampart, and even up to 7.5. He got a bargain :) And in general, jebus is the least profitable thing he could have asked for. Plus, MeFi looks much better in the main heroes.

I've seen many times in VT people paying 6000 for a swamp, and it even went up to 7.5. You undersold it :) Actually, Jebus Cross is the most unprofitable thing you could have drawn :) Well, among the main heroes, Mephala looks much nicer.

Now I'll copy-paste you the words of Yura-Wic`a from another portal, you'll laugh :smile52:
Wic_
1If you're playing with classes, then you sold it very cheap ... the minimum should have been 4K, but you could bargain up to 5K+color.

2Ah, if it's Jebus, then you can freely bargain up to 7K, even without classes. Without a bank for Jebus, the critical number is 8000, you need to have the cash to immediately buy a 2nd hero, that number will definitely force you to stop, but before that it's up to taste.

For Rampart, by the way, on Jebus they usually take Mephala, not Ivor - the main task on day 1 is collecting Dragon Fly Hives, and armor+dwarves are much more useful there than extra elves.

:smile52: :smile52: :smile03:
I won't make anything up, I'll repost my reply too:
MeFi
13k is decent enough; since I was choosing all the settings. No classes. The only thing, I wanted a bank - he wanted without it. The rest - the way I wanted... -_- it's fine, we'll get through.
2Yes, I've also noticed this all the time. But I'm still not a very high-level player, so for me the safer the fights, the better. And after taking 1-2 caches and then after taking the first Dragon Fly Hive - the remaining hives are easily taken by scout heroes..

Pit for LM (red, Conflux, random Fiur, Fiur) def Gomunguls (blue, Rampart, Kairi, Kairi), 2sm4d(3), 122. We restarted on the first day and started playing. 111 - a good start, 8 air units, two money-making heroes, and Fiur right away. 6 heroes, the territory looks promising. The castle has a stable. 112 - on the seventh turn, I take Christian with a cannon, and in the crypt, I get an axe +2 for 2500. I defend against an air unit. I see a lot of gold. 113 - a free fairy unit. The first problem is that there's only one secondary town through a portal, and the roads are fast. Meanwhile, the opponent took a secondary town, and for some reason, I had a feeling it was his main one. 8 heroes. 114 - I take the barbarian secondary town. At the end of the turn, I see that the opponent indeed has a second Rampart. Sad. 8 heroes, unfortunately, Rion is without a tent. 115 - I take a chest in the corner of the spawn, a crypt for 2k, and a path to the swamp through rough terrain. I find a second one - underground, and I plan to run there because I need to rush. 116 - from the watchtower underground, I see that the blue player took Inferno the previous day. It's a shame I didn't come here earlier. 117 - on the last tile, I enter Inferno, place a GM there, and buy a K'tharr. Building - 1-7 in the fortress, there will be gold for buying units. 121 - fully replenishing the army, I rush in. On the last tile, I enter an experience stone, and I get very lucky - I get expert fire. And I have a curse scroll. The only thing that worries me is the opponent's unicorn unit (there were 4 in the castle on turn 117). And, of course, his main secondary town. But maybe he won't have time to buy units... 122 - I see Kairi in the citadel - a pack + a pack of elves, 20+ centaurs (there were only 20 at the end of the first day), 5+ unicorns, and 5+ pegasi. I thought for a while about what to do. Okay, I gathered some gold for a bribe, I attack, I don't want to drag it out: Fiur (7, 3, 3, 1 (12)), expert attack, fire, basic mind, 2 birds, fairy, 4 psykers, 38 air units, 10 fire units, 87 fairies, 2 birds, ballista; Kairi (4, 8, 2, 3 (15)), expert ranged, logistics, wisdom, basic attack, no book, 14 elves, 30 captains, 1+1 centaur, 6 pegasi, 8 unicorns, 14 elves. I cursed massively, the birds took out the elves. Then I stood near the walls, and just when the gates were about to be broken through, I somehow sent everyone into the moat. But that didn't prevent me from winning; there were too many air units. 1 bird, one psyker, and 14 elementals survived. Thank you for the game.

Confirm. Thx for game.
Was very hard one.

In first day i was full of hope (140 trogs, shak in under, 1 cons, pretty nice roads, speed shoos, pandora). In second day i get cold shower after nooby lose 40 trogs in fight for pandora with 5k exp. Luckilly Shak expertise tactic and offence - also gets earth - so i decide not use my re. In next days i realize that im cut of from money and ther will be problem to build up even 5 or 6 level with citadel.
In 5-6 day i get to next zone (stronghold) in which i found beh dwell :smile23: .
Decide to change main town from dung ( just 1-3 level build + POS) on strong (dogs, rocs and behs as a future power). I also localized next cons (as future show it was 4a), cape +2 speed, armor +1 all,+4 shield stables and mana spring. Becouse lack of money i can just build rocs and POS. Since 121 with 4 behs, 100 trogs 14 eyes i started colecting arts and conses (discover another two more). Till this moment i knew i have comparable stats with Nella and that opp have 2 towers. Thx to viev earth i know exacly which way should i go trough wilderness to Dirt's main town (MG was horde magic elements on my side and - as shown future - group AA'a on his). My plan changed from rush in 126-127 on rush in new week.
When i break to Dirts main zone i had 11 angels (1 cons left), 10 behs, + other stuff (thunders, trogs, eyes). In 133 taked main town. I fought it is over but real game just started. Dirt gets angel wings :smile07:. Ouer scouts fight for each town and i try to catch Nella which start clearing last treasury zone. Finally i catch Nella. First time she rebuy with whole army after first turn battle, in second one Dirt give up. I had 11 a, 14 behs, 40 dogs, 18 thunders and 20 eyes vs 4 a, 35 wiws, 12 magi and 6 nagas. Stats were comparable: he had 6 attack more and 300 mana with 18 spell power (chain lightning, resurection) vs my 30 mana, +2 speed cape.

Game would be diffrent if Dirt could rich something better from topes then Admirals Hut:p .

I also would like to thx Dirt for load which he give me when my time ends.
8 minutes with wife&son on back in pre-christmas fever is to less:D
