In principle, there will always be some lag, but how significant it is depends, if I'm not mistaken, on the number of viewers and the internet speed of the streamer and viewers. Sometimes there is less lag, sometimes more.

To prevent lag, you can lower the quality by setting it to "high speed" in the settings. Of course, a lot depends on the internet connection.

For example, on Jebus, you and your opponent usually have 3 Castles each, plus in the Center, which can be reached by breaking through the Main Guard, there are another 2 Castles. Plus 2 neighboring respawn points, which are rarely reached, also with 3 Castles each.
