The squad noticed the loss of a fighter.

Arandor was found as a disfigured mass of flesh, with rotting extremities and traces of an antidote formula being used.

Zubr, on the other hand, was found torn apart in roughly the same area – near the refrigeration chamber – where, presumably, the zombie army's lair was located. Perhaps he tried to sneak in and single-handedly eliminate the enemy, but fate had other plans for him: to feed the worms.

Spira, who was on a mission, was being covered from behind by Deliriese – and not without reason, because the zombie attack was directed specifically at Spira. With her courageous act, giving her life for the sake of victory, Deliriese bought Spira time to fulfill his purpose.

Tox, preoccupied with thoughts about the end of the world, decided not to wait and simply hanged himself in his large office, without even taking off his lab coat and doctor's badge.

Final fight

Left alone in this hell called the "Hive," two special forces soldiers, Amko and Spira, and the cleaning lady Morning, understood that there were still zombies in the underground and they needed to be exterminated, even at the cost of their own lives.
They moved quietly, but the cunning Kits immediately attacked Spira. His military training paid off, and with a precise injection of a syringe into Kits' eye, he gave her no chance to survive, although he himself died from her bite to the throat.
Amko simply stated, as he always could, that the enemy was defeated and they needed to get out of this bloody place. Taking the only survivor, Morning, who managed to sweep the floor while they were escaping, with him, they headed towards the main gates of the Hive.
After exiting through the main entrance, using a computer, Amko closed the titanium doors, thereby consigning the virus, the defeated and killed people, and the entire history of the Hive to oblivion.
But Amko did not take into account that Morning was the very mole, the one the zombies were counting on. Losing control of himself, Morning attacked Amko from behind and tore him to death. The virus continued to spread, and with this event, a NEW ERA OF ZOMBIES ON EARTH began, but that is a completely different story...
