I play the games I stream much better than the average player. I've only commentated on one game so far, and it was much more stressful, but I enjoyed how I played. At the same time, I sometimes show off my Mikogu Therma, and chat with trolls.
But I'm not criticizing Sevensana; it's not up to him, a newcomer to this game, to prove anything.
It's been a while since we last played, Max :p You didn't watch the stream, so you're not in a position to judge my skill level. Let Readme give his objective assessment instead.
I completely agree that it’s now harder to comment and play, but you wanted to hear comments, so you got them. Now, Sansai and I are being made out to be scapegoats, as if one of us can’t play and the other is even worse at it, hindering him even more. I didn’t think things would turn out so badly.
We haven't played together in a while, Max :p You didn't watch the stream, so you shouldn't judge my skill level. Let Readmi give his objective assessment instead.
I'm not judging, I'm just expressing my opinion, and not about your skill level, but about the fact that the current matchup is disappointing :( . Since you joined the Haven team, be prepared to listen to opinions from every "Haven" player ;)
Well, they jumped on him:p What's there to argue about and who's to blame?:smile30: The stream was fun to watch, but it was clear that there simply wasn't enough time to focus and come up with a plan to take over the third castle! A lesson for the future: don't get distracted by comments in such important games, but leave that to the guys from the portal;)
PS, there were enough battles shown that were really skillful, and not everyone would survive them;). The question is whether it's worth provoking (whether you'll survive or not, whether they'll bite or not) - but that's what experience is for, to be able to distinguish between these concepts... which are still unclear to me at the moment:D
You played decently, at your level. You have a high opinion of yourselves; you should have been more aggressive. You're taking this loss hard. Keep playing against each other for more frequent defeats. The Chinese are good at timing; they have skill, not just bravado.
Unfortunately, another -1. I'm not looking for excuses, and after the initial shock of the blocked teleports, I broke through on the road; things went decently after that. I captured a Castle from the AI, with Gorgons at home in the Castle. And I overlooked the Necromancer AI. It reclaims the town, and after that, everything went wrong. Mistakes started piling up, and unfortunately, the decisive moment between me and my opponent came very quickly. I barely sent Taz into the center when I saw Isra on a speed build. I virtually had no army. I charged into the Dragon Fly Hive with everything I had, so as not to surrender it to the opponent; I gave up about a dozen archers, but got +6 Dragon Flies. He attacked, we fought, and after a bunch of anti-morale effects, I managed to thin out his army. I couldn't buy my way out properly because of the ballista and tent. But then, running out of gold sealed the deal. He pinned me in the Castle and finished me off with shooters.
Probably the main mistake was choosing Castle. As luck would have it, I had too little gold to buy everything
Chinese rules: Pit for LM - balance Mizrael - balance KobRa - 8xm8 GoD - 2sm4d(3) Our rules: Satyr - 8mm6a Sevensan - Jebus Cross Javdet - 8mm6a Stinger - 8mm6a Javdet, I didn't expect such a betrayal from you! 8mm is the most "balanced" template, "skill is visible on it" It's time to consider embracing Buddhism and leaving HeroesWorld for a place where people know how to play :)
Дипломатия - искусство говорить собаке "хорошая собачка" до тех пор пока не найдешь подходящую палку.
There would have to be a reason to leave. Anyone who wants to leave will do so without advice, and I think it will be for more significant reasons than your chatter.
I watched the game. Javdet was very unlucky that the Chinese player arrived at the wrong time, and they met early. If he hadn't gone there, who would have known he was in the dark? Giving up the hive wasn't a great option either. There was hope that he wouldn't reach it, but he did. If it had been level 1 for an Earth Magic expert, things would have turned out differently.
Or at least have money for a retreat. If he could have retreated with his troops, he would have started to strategize, and the game would have been longer. I am confident that Javdet would have won. Experience would have decided the outcome.
Besides, Tazar was leveling up perfectly.

Your posts seem to be motivated by revenge for not being included in the team. Who is to blame when you were asleep during the sign-up? You woke up when everyone was already chosen.
And, in my opinion, this isn't the kind of game where you talk about someone letting you down or leaving. Instead of supporting him, you're criticizing him for this misunderstanding. He played focused and didn't get distracted by any nonsense (censored). He was commentating to himself, and it was interesting to watch.
Overall, as a viewer of this match, I came to the conclusion that it was a mistake to start the match with a best-of-one format. It should have been a best-of-two. It would have been a little longer, but it would have been fairer. And the role of the random map generator wouldn't have had such a big impact, and the element of chance wouldn't have been so decisive.

Unfortunately, it wasn't the same here. Towards the end of the first week, I had to get distracted a lot, which is why I missed that Necropolis. We agreed on the game beforehand, so there was no question of postponing it.
And regarding playing to 2 wins – I completely agree. It left a somewhat unpleasant feeling.
P.S. and maybe it would have been worth switching to Clavius from the start, but Tazu gave such great skills...
