Help! I bought the official version, deleted the old repack, and now when I install the new one, I get an error about some kind of firewall that I don't even have! (The error occurs both during installation and uninstallation). Then, once the game is installed, I launch it. The Ubisoft launcher gives error number 2, and the game doesn't start. I've been messing around with it for 2 hours now, searched the entire internet, but found nothing. There's no option to uninstall or install programs in the Ubisoft software. I tried simply deleting it (made a copy first), but when installing, even with completely different versions of the launcher, up to "1.0.0," the following happens: "A window pops up, I click OK, then I agree to the terms and click OK again. And then, MAGIC! As soon as the installation should start, a window with a progress bar appears for a fraction of a second and then disappears, and that's it... and that's the whole story. I've tried everything! I even manually cleaned all the information about the Ubisoft launcher from the registry (that's old-school!). And I even tried installing it in safe mode... the same thing happens, with different versions and... I'm at my wit's end. Help!

Duncan appears in two missions in the first and seventh campaigns, and in four missions in campaigns 2-6 (a total of 24 missions).

Pff, the campaign for Haven is terrible; if playing as Necropolis was captivating, here the plot just fell flat and didn't recover. I've been playing one map for several real days because it's just not engaging.

Yes, the Haven campaign initially made me feel down too :(. But once I got into this faction, my interest in the battles, and therefore in the game and the campaign, returned :)!

The game launcher tried to install some patch (but I didn't let it:D). Question: how big is it, because I don't have unlimited bandwidth?

But this is an update for the Ubisoft launcher, around 10-20 megabytes.

Guys, help me out! I bought the Deluxe version of Heroes of Might and Magic VI today on Steam. I downloaded and installed it. When I launch it, a Steam window pops up saying that I need to enter a registration code when the game asks for it. But the game doesn't ask for it. It just says that there's no connection to Conflux(((( What should I do?

A good video turned out :). Overall, it's not bad, I liked the calm voice, and the video is well-edited. There are no complaints about the description of the gameplay, although the video only features the Haven faction.

Among the drawbacks is the opening clip, which breaks up the narrative. Also, it wasn't necessary to include the battles in their entirety - or at least the narration should have continued during them.

I generally agree with the ratings, although there is some "rose-tinted glasses" effect ;).

But one thing completely ruined it. I was simply stunned when I heard that the graphics of "Heroes of Might and Magic VI" were taken from "Heroes of Might and Magic V" :D!

It was frustrating, but it was known long ago. So, for example, I don't pay attention to it anymore :). For example, the fact that when you click the button with the clock, a message doesn't pop up saying that the heroes can still move, is more annoying.

Now, the heroes' move points are more noticeable, so I guess we should get used to glancing at them at the end). I heard about the absence of the town screen, but I thought these rumors couldn't be true:(

I completed the introductory campaign, but how can I watch the videos that were shown to me during it again?
And I'm also curious, if morale and luck are now measured in hundreds, why spend skills on +3 to luck/morale? Or am I missing something?

By the way, a funny observation: the license doesn't work for me when two monitors are connected. It just doesn't start and doesn't give any error messages. I spent half an hour racking my brains until I figured out that I need to disconnect the second monitor; it only works that way.

I also would like to be able to review some replays, but there is no such function in the "Settings". For example, in "Heroes of Might and Magic V", this function was added with patches, so we just have to wait – maybe they will do the same.

Guys, what can I do to prevent Harpies from flying back to their original positions after being attacked? Which button do I need to press?
And how do I make them attack instead of just shooting with arrows? Is there a button I need to hold down?

For ranged units, use Alt+select target, and as for Harpies, I'm not sure... or maybe I don't know.

There's no way to view it. Unless you wait until next week and memorize the numbers :rolleyes:. By the way, the basic growth rate for certain units is indicated in the dwellings on the map.

In the lower left corner, below the minimap, there is a tiny button with an arrow. Click it ;)
