Thankfully, there are no problems when playing through the campaigns. However, there is a problem with playing online. I haven't been able to play even once. It says it can't connect, the waiting time has expired, and to check the internet connection. What could be the problem???

I only managed to join once in my life, I chose a hero. The game loaded, but instead of the chosen hero, Sunktum, a gift hero from Inferno appeared, and as soon as my turn came, the game gave an error, and I haven't been allowed to join online since then:))))

Regarding the mouse lag issue during movement, it doesn't happen for a friend; our computers have the same configuration, the only difference is that he has Windows XP. Do other Windows XP users also not experience these lags? :)

Please advise on how to solve this problem. I bought Heroes 6 online, downloaded, installed, and registered it. Each time I start a new game, it downloads the same 500+ MB update. I've downloaded and installed it about 5 times, and it still does the same thing every time I start the game. If I cancel the download, the game starts. I suspect that the update isn't being installed for some reason. Also, the game crashes and returns me to Windows periodically. The last save is preserved. Please advise on what to do. I have Win7. I don't experience any lag either ;). There are also few bugs in the campaigns, the most annoying one is the disappearance of dynasty weapons.

Devolik, Ment had this problem during the beta. Apparently, this bug, which affects only a few, wasn't fixed :(.

Win7, the mouse works fine.

Winner, please add to the FAQ that the animation glitches that appear when moving the mouse are related to the mouse polling rate. To eliminate them, set the polling rate to 125Hz. That's why users with basic mice didn't notice these bugs.

Try switching between these tabs. They are highlighted in the image.
You can change the hero, but first, you need to create him in the dynasty settings.

Are you perhaps confusing the mouse polling rate and the monitor refresh rate? This setting is found in modern mice and is undoubtedly a feature of the device, specifically the mouse; it is only found in USB mice. I have encountered this question several times on the forum, so I suggested adding it to the FAQ, but in any case, I am not insisting on anything :)
