Critical bug in the Barbarian campaign When playing the Barbarian campaign, DO NOT CHOOSE ANY PATH for the hero (neither tears nor blood) until the 3rd map. Otherwise, at the very beginning of the 2nd map, a critical bug will occur, and it will be impossible to continue playing.
Mini-patch 1.1.1 effectively fixes the flickering cursor and significantly speeds up game loading. However, exiting the game is still incredibly slow.
At the very beginning of the first mission, all units, including the hero, disappeared from the battlefield. Only health bars remained (hello, Heroes III!). However, it was still possible to move and fight, but it wasn't very interesting. Reloading the game saved the day.

I'm interested in the configuration file for the game settings.
My screen resolution is 1920x1200. When I launch the game with these settings, it lags terribly. I want to run it at 1680, but the image shrinks, and there's a black border around it. My goal is to stretch the image to fill the screen, sacrificing quality. In other games, I've solved this by modifying the settings file.

Was the internet connected when you launched the game? And the question is, is it possible to play without an internet connection? Because I have a Beeline internet connection.
I encountered a problem. In the second mission for the Necropolis faction, the Faceless One wouldn't send the hero further; reloading the game fixed it. So far, reloading helps with all the bugs.
