My first dungeon crawl

Yes, one could write odes about dungeon crawls, and I will probably do so in this thread. For now, I am a novice Warcraft player, so don't be surprised. My first trip to Gnomeregan, as expected, ended badly. Although at the beginning of the crawl, nothing foreshadowed trouble. A friendly group gathered, consisting of an orc, a goblin, two elves, and the undead – that is, me. We acted in sync: the orc slashed with his axe, the goblin healed, the elf fired from his bow, and I showered everyone with fiery rain. However, no one really knew where to go, and in the end, the leader-orc ran off somewhere, and one of the elves did too. The goblin, the corpse, and the other elf remained. The goblin preferred to stay near the rubble. The elf and I went to look for the orc, who was cursing somewhere far away, apparently getting beaten up. But then I had a crazy idea to take down a group of mobs at once (I love doing this). In vain. Soon, my lifeless body was lying on the floor. In the afterlife, I saw how desperately the elf defended himself, but he fell too.

And so, my first crawl ended.

Have you ever tried to negotiate peacefully with the monsters? But if that fails, then it's time to draw your weapon.
