I'm not sure if the clue is reliable, but for me, it's more likely to be true than false. Hostor seems more like Reyna to me, because it's unlikely he would reveal himself as Radnor in this situation. And I don't vote against him for the same reasons as Gill and Omega.

All his irrefutable evidence for his versions is that both Mafias have long since figured everyone out and, again, the mentally ill will not betray them, although, once again, there cannot be a victory between the town and the mentally ill. During the day, he only benefits the mentally ill; at night, he protects only the mentally ill. Oh yes, another amusing fact: the mentally ill harmed the doctor-killers only to help the town achieve a joint victory. Although they should be doing this to achieve their own victory. Their promises mean nothing in a game built on deception and lies.
