But there doesn't seem to be anything like that for the mentally ill, which means there should have been a murder. Or they just didn't go to kill, which is quite strange.
So what's so strange here? Take Gil, for example - he was clearly pumped with sedatives, which blocks Non-Damage. Well, and here it is, no Non-Damage - no murder. (Gil, no offense, just an example)

Yeah, the evidence regarding Mold and the person who shot him, John, is scarce.
There are 4 possible pieces of evidence for the surgeon, and it's unclear which one to focus on, but I would prefer to focus on:
they seem to be constantly sitting there doing nothing.

Among the psych patients, it seems that Gil or Ar must have been the one who killed him, and considering that the priest's conversation is 16th in the list, it's more likely that the psych patient is Gil. I need to think about it.

Yet another game in a row where the mafia members are all cowards. Two mafia factions, and not a single kill from either of them. It's annoying. But the police officer really did a great job, well done, nothing to say. However, if he wants to side with the evil doctors, then yes, he did the right thing.
